Amazing!!! Sold our house over asking price on first viewing. Dealt respectfully with our sitting tenant, and have helped organise epc and all other aspects of sale. Professional and friendly service.

Rhian came and give a honest opinion and valuation of our property. Within a short space of time had an offer in and is currently being processed. All of the team have been helpful and we have been kept up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling. The fixed fee is very reasonable compared to other agents.

We are in the process of selling our home with One2One Estate Agents due to a family member sadly passing away. The whole team have been extremely friendly and have made what is a very difficult time so much easier. They fully explain every step and have always been on hand to provide advice and support. I cannot rate the team at One2One highly enough nor can I sufficiently thank them for their kindness.

I have probably dealt with the whole team throughout the process and everybody has been fantastic! friendly and professional.
from the valuation and photographs to arranging viewings everything has flowed along with ease. I sold my house within 10 days of it being put on the market with a high number of viewings in that time. They also did everything they could to inform me of houses that they think I would be interested and I am thrilled to have had an offer accepted on a house that I love.

From start to finish they were excellent, plenty of notice was given for viewings with feedback provided for every one of them. Where do I start !
Amazing service from beginning to end .
As a recently divorced single mum I embarked on a journey of looking for a house for me and my little one .
I travelled through rightmove searching for something that was suitable but not pricey and went to visit one property ( I was greeted by Zack) who was calm and informative, deep down I knew it wasn’t the one for me ! Law and behold that night another property was released and it looked just perfect .... straight on to the phone I went and Zack had sorted a viewing pronto ! Knowing how much it meant to me and how I wanted to progress and get things sorted
It was the one ..... I put my offer in and he rang me back to say it had been accepted !! I’d found the perfect home .
However one2 one’s service didn’t stop there .....
I was pointed in the direction Niall who sorted me out with a great mortgage deal , life insurance and house insurance all over a simple telephone consultation . He understood what I needed and what my priorities were.
Furthermore it was an all whistles and bells service with the conveyancing solicitors being sorted for me. At every point from viewing to completion I had someone accessible to ask all my silly questions to !! That’s what really helps and made a very stressful experience plain sailing !!!!!
