Right from the beginning I was told how the system works with them not taking a fee but instead get a commission from the lender. Always available to answer any questions. Always with a friendly and timely manner. Easy to contact as they set a WhatsApp group for me. Also they are eager to help with getting quotes for home and health insurance. As a first time buyer I would highly recommend going to see one2one.
