Substandard customer support. Submitted a support request two weeks ago and it is still unresolved. Made a formal complaint twice and still not resolved.
Unable to speak to anyone. Beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

Tickets are closed when issues aren't fully resolved.
The team needs to work on their communication with customers, asking for feedback from the customer only to ignore the comments and close the tickets is poor.

We are an existing OneAdvanced customer using the Smart Assessor/BKSB/PICS platforms. We have had ongoing issues since OneAdvanced took over particularly in regard to communication and customer service.
Since early January we have been unable to elicit a response from them. Our account manager has cancelled meetings, and does not respond, nor does his line manager. We have also called and emailed Luke Sadler (named contacted on Trustpilot) but again no response. We have also rung sales and been promised a call back/meeting but again no response.
We have also been left using an outdated platform, with no efforts made to integrate us onto their advertised updated system, despite reassures that this would occur over a year ago.
This situation is now significantly impacting our ability to make both operational and strategic decisions regarding our business and has placed us in a completely untenable position.
We would not recommend working with this company.
