I was on a call with Harshith Raju regarding the New Tab in our employee details section on TMS. He was extremely helpful throughout the process. Not only did he resolve the issue promptly, but he was also patient, calm, and professional. The entire interaction was friendly and pleasant.

We had a particularly challenging case where new software was not working as expected, and both Harshith and Libby provided exceptional support throughout. Harshith was consistently proactive, involving senior stakeholders where appropriate and strongly advocating for us as clients. He communicated our issues clearly and effectively, ensuring we received the correct level of support and attention.
Libby was brought in after our support desk ticket had been open for some time and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in less than 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. Both Harshith and Libby were really professional, and we especially valued their willingness to call us directly to work through the problem. This made communication much easier and allowed us to collaborate efficiently on potential resolutions. Overall, their support made a difficult situation far more manageable - thank you to the team!

I had an issue with our TMS after the year end process and i raised the ticket and this was picked up within minutes by Harshith Raju who swiftly arranged a call.
The call was a very positive experience - Harshith was super knowledgeable and troubleshooted with me until he uncovered the issue.

We had a very poor experience with this company during the end-of-life of Business Cloud Essentials.
As the service was being withdrawn, we were effectively left with no practical alternative but to continue using them short-term while our data was still hosted. During this period, the cost of the service was suddenly DOUBLED despite the product itself being discontinued and offering diminishing value.
Access to our own business data felt conditional on accepting the increased fees, which placed us in an extremely difficult position operationally. There was little flexibility or meaningful support to help us transition away in a reasonable or fair manner.
For a service provider handling critical business data, we expected clearer communication, fairer pricing during wind-down, and genuine support during migration. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we would not choose to work with this company again.
