Good price and delivered in time scale quoted. Would use company again.

Very pleased with price and item. Some delay with delivery, rang company and informed item out ot stock, delivery would be made in a few days. In fact the item arrived the following day. I would suggest a phone call or email to inform customers in future when item out of stock. Otherwise, great item and price, thank you!

Ordered tea bags as part of bulk offer from suppliers own site as it appeared cheaper than other online outlets.

Initially only received 1/4 of the order with no explanation and upon checking website reviews was concerned that I would fall foul of the negative service obviously suffered by others.

HOWEVER....my email query about my order was answered promptly with an apology and assurtance that the rest of the order would be shipped asap. The remainder of the order then arrived promptly.

Okay...I would have preferred it all at once without the hassle but these things happen. It was put right with minimum inconvenience to me and with no argument.

I'd recommend them on the basis of this experience.

Well after reading reviews, thought I'd give a try! Have used countless online shopping companies over the last 9 years and this one provided the worst service i have ever had.Took 15 days from order to despatch.There was no contact from them informing me of a delay in my order or out of stock items,choise of cancelling order or despatching in stock items, appreciate telephone is costly , but e-mail is free! Had to call a few times myself and assured it would be going out next day which then took another 7!!! Was refunded o.s. items, so order should have been proccessed and despatched as advertised on website.Nutrients and dressings were required urgently as district nurse hadn't been deployed by hospital !
Won't be using again.
If you use , i wish you a better service.

I have used Oneclick several times, for things I can't find on the High Street (or out of stock) and have had good service every time. A wide selection of goods, too.

I needed spare waterproof dog duvet covers this company gives you the best price and as I have four + plus dogs I was able to purchase in bulk and they were cheaper still, I have now ordered further spare covers for the puppies which will soon be around, I would recommend any of my friends to use this company, they are very helpful if you need to ring

Product I bought was well priced and arrived really quickly, very happy with the service.

we sent for a 6 pack of E clothes , delivered quickly , and a very good product, never had such a shine on windows , mirrors, anything glass or chrome.

I would gladly order again from this company as I found better pricing to compare with country where I live. Also it is very good there are lots of countries, where you deliver, Lithuania among them.

Have some really good veterinary/pet products on offer. Would use (and have used) again.

good communication and fast delivery

I buy waterwipes for may baby and this is the cheapest place I have found them online. Delivery could be quicker.

I placed an order for dog food on 3/10/12. 2 items out of stock but due in 1-2 days. Don't make me laugh! Still no sign of my order 12 days later. No communication re: out of stock items (they are supposed to get in touch if there are problems). No response to emails. Never anyone available on "live chat". Telephone calls eventually answered but still no answer to problems. Won't send in stock items as "the other items are due in today". Been told that 3 times. "Fanatical Support" HA!. No support more like. What is the point of offering large range of items at good prices if they are NOT going to be available!

After chasing all over the place for FRADOR and despite continuous reassurances from the manufacturers that the product will be in stock in major outlets - t'was not the case! Oneclick to the rescue. FRADOR supplied within days. What a relief!

Slow delivery however good communication throughout.
Then delivery had all 4 lots of 1 item missing. However this was resent without hassle.
Would order from them again as price is good.
Sent code for free p&p to be used next time.
