We even had a wrong item sent to us once but it was replaced within 24 hours.

First contact with the firm was a quick, well directed call put through to someone who could help there and then with my query which resulted in a sale.
This is so much better than some garbage auto-attendant with "press 1, then press 3, wait, press 1 again etc" to then finally get a voicemail that nobody is present.
