Samsung 65" screens
We bought 4 x Samsung screens. The price was good and we arranged delivery date. The screens didn't arrive at set time, we were told courier tried to deliver though.
When we contacted OneDirect to rearrange delivery we agreed date and unfortunately screens didn't turn up. They were delivered the next day though.
On this occasion this was an issue for us as we had resources lined up for delivery of screens. It seemed difficult to get tracking of delivery also. I would prefer tracking is provided with order so we can monitor delivery.
OneDirect did pick up the phone and didn't ignore my query and whilst I didn't get confirmation of exact delivery time ,which I requested, they did say as soon as they had more information they would provide it.

returned item and they refuse to refund, disgusting customer relations
returned the item as it was not what I wanted, the package was then damaged in transit so this company ow refuses to refund. One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from and will go out of my way to put my friends off using them.

Our return policy is very clear, in order to get a refund for an unwanted item the product and packaging needs to be returned in brand new condition. If something happens to the product and or packaging while you have it or during transit with the courier of your choice then is your responsibility, not ours.
If we receive the product in the right condition then we don't have any problem in processing the refund.
If the parcel was damaged in transit then you should be able to claim it with the courier.

Looking for 2 way radio set for a catering environment - what a minefield!!! Spoke to Sean in Tech Support who literally could not have been more helpful. He explained the various options is clear English rather than too much technical jargon for me to understand. Really, really happy with experience so far.

Sean Murtagh was a great support in choosing the right solution to our requirements and the delivery was superfast.
The only shortcoming was the lack of a bit of support/documentation to enable the complete set up and commissioning of the system.
It's all working now and fantastic.
