Customer service will ignore emails.
I purchased the BSL course and have barely been able to complete it as the videos have no sound. I contacted customer services and had a response asking me to try a few things, and since then I've had NOTHING. I responded several times saying I'm still having issues, and my emails get ignored. I've been chasing this up since before July 2025. I am not pleased.

The course was good, lots of information and straight forward. however, I did pay for the 12 month access but was only allowed 1 more course included. So dissapointed.

I will update the rating if anything changes but initial feelings aren't great. Ordered a bsl course off Groupon was given login details that don't work.i have emailed one education and had an acknowledgement email but no further help.

Payment Taken but Subscription Not Activated – No Support Response
I purchased a Lifetime Premium subscription based on the promise of 24×7 support. However, after completing the payment, my subscription was never activated.
I am currently unable to:
Access the learning portal
Log in or start learning via the Android app
I have sent multiple emails (2–3 times) to customer support regarding activation and access issues, but no response has been received, even after 10–12 hours.
The payment amount (520 SAR) is currently on hold / uncleared in my bank account, but no service has been delivered so far. This lack of communication and failure to activate the subscription is very concerning and does not match what was advertised.
I am now forced to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to non-delivery of service.
I hope the company responds and resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious.

If was fine for £12.
I did the Xero book keeping course, and it was an overview of the software, but nothing about book keeping. The tutor was good, the system worked well. But the course was years our of date, so when they were saying where things were I'd have to spend a bit of time working out where it was on the newer version of Xero. Also it timed out a bit and was a little glichie, but not enough to put me off.
