Clear and concise course structure but too many phone calls!
The course itself was clear and concisely displayed. Easy learning and digestible information for the majority of users. Sadly I realised too late that the course I had paid for was not what I had initially intended to learn. I wanted to better my CV with a Mental Health Awareness course but I guess I added Mental Health First Aid by mistake. Completely my fault. I followed it through despite this and passed the final exam, only to realise that there was a written assignment which just wasn't worth my time considering I wasn't going to take the subject any further career-wise. Not to mention that the assignment format is quite strict and only accept MS Word documents, which I do not own. Could probably find a conversion website if you're out of pocket for such software.
The course itself was very informative and pleasing to the eye. However the AI voice narration was irritating and repetitive when repeating certain words with an incorrect pitch or tone or cutting off too quickly. It had particular difficulty pronouncing acronyms such as GPs, instead reading it as GPS. Lots of long pauses and gaps between words which made me believe it had broken at times.
The section on Child "Retardation" is definitely outdated and should be revised as I believe the current correct terminology is "Intellectual Disability" (ID)
One should also bear in mind that the price for the course does not include the certification cost which will be billed at the end if you so choose. There are options for digital, hardcopy or both and all with individual pricing.
One HUGE issue I have with the company are the non-stop phone calls. I do shift work so my availability is scattered, hence why I purchased an online course to complete at my own pace, but the frequency of these calls was causing me so much anxiety I felt rushed to complete it. 5 calls in 10 days, always between 12:30-13:00 and without voicemail.
The first call was a day after I'd purchased the course on a Sunday, which I didn't answer due to personal reasons, no voicemail left.
The next call Monday but no voicemail again so I attempted to call on my lunch break with no answer. Another missed Tuesday, and again Thursday but I managed to get through during my lunch, which felt like a waste of time as they were just checking my progress on the course; which I hadn't even started yet. I had 11 months left to complete it so I thought I could take my time.
Thought that was the end of it but then I got ANOTHER missed call the following Monday at which point I was getting frustrated and overwhelmed. I used live chat during my shift to ask why I was getting so many calls to which they answered the same, just checking on your progress with the course. Not only was this already clarified a few days previous, but it was becoming very stressful for me. I'd like to say this was the end of the calls but it wasn't. I actually received one during my studying which I ignored. Honestly this gives off the wrong impression to me in that by asking my progress, they only want the money for the certificate once I am finished.

As somebody in the medical profession I found the Phlebotomist Training highly informative, easy to understand and very well put together. The only reason I am not voting 5 stars is because I purchased a certificate at the end of my course and never received it. I had to call the number posted online and was answered to very fast, the guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful and got me my certificate within a couple of hours.
I Highly recommend One Education for all your educational/training needs.

The great support system and Superb Platform
The great support system via the Whatsapp chat..The support system within the course itself and the learning modules for each and every course.
Better then personal tutoring 1-1 and the support system via the platform is extremely personal and like having a personal course counselor.
Plus they meet all of the legal qualifications to take the next step into higher education if that's the ultimate goal.

Attempted to cancel within the two-week window but didn’t receive a refund. My payment was kept, and I’ve had no further contact or reimbursement.Ironically, this was a course on consumer rights and law, costing over £1000!** Update ** Despite reaching out well within the 14-day period, I’ve had no contact from the company or any refund offer. After logging in once and seeing the course setup, I quickly realized that it wasn't suitable for me due to ADHD and informed them immediately. Unlike other courses, this one was just a dry written format, which wasn't disclosed before purchase. I filed a dispute through PayPal because the company failed to communicate or respond, and I still haven't heard back about resolving this. Since requesting a refund, I haven't logged back in due to the unsuitable course format. Potential customers should be cautious as there seem to be no money-back guarantees or buyer protections for inadequate course formats that don’t cater to neurodiverse learning styles.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Advertising and No Refund
This course is not as advertised. I enrolled based on the promotional material, but once I accessed the course it became immediately clear that the content was nothing like what was implied in the advert. The marketing is misleading and does not accurately represent the actual course material.
As soon as I realized this, I requested a refund immediately. Despite being well within the 14-day refund window, my request was refused simply because I had “accessed” the course. How else is a customer supposed to know whether the course matches what was advertised without accessing it? The advertising alone was false and incomplete, and accessing the course was the only way to discover that.
I only viewed around 19% of the course, which is nowhere near enough to justify denying a refund. This feels like a technicality being used to avoid honoring the spirit of their own policy. The policy states refunds can be given within 14 days, but they hide behind the wording “at the provider’s discretion” to refuse refunds outright.
Support was also inadequate and frustrating. Instead of actually helping, I was passed from one person to another with no real answers or accountability.
Be warned: once they have your money, getting it back is extremely unlikely, even if the course is not what was advertised. In today’s financial climate, people cannot afford to throw money away on misleading products and unhelpful support.
I would not recommend this course or this provider to anyone. Proceed with caution.
