This is our forth bottle that’s broken, this one was dropped from less than 1 foot climbing out a low car. They really are no good for children, or anyone that ever drops anything 😂 afraid to say we won’t be buying these anymore. You can get a bottle for the cost of replacing the lid with postage.
I will add after their reply that made me feel guilty… I love the bottles and they keep my water cold all day. It is clearly not the bottles fault that it’s dropped. I wasn’t aware that to make them recyclable is what makes them brittle. Small price to pay I guess. I shall adjust my star rating 🤗

nobody does steal bottles better, 5 years, 5 bottles, i like upgrading and i lost a couple, they last 5 years. i just bought a thermost one too, first time trying that and it's ace as well and i'm not surprised, i expect it of them and get it everytime.

Silicone tops are defective and leaking.
I contacted customer services asking to return faulty product, however I was told that the "problem is rare" and nobody has such issue.
I feel disappointed after paying £18, I will have to contact my bank to get my money back

Damage to product- contacted them and they replaced immediately with full explanation. Impressed

The phone call I had with Amelia was friendly, polite and professional. She understood my needs straight away, offered a solution that fit perfectly with what I needed and I have to admit I was a little shocked by the ease and friendliness of the transaction, because let's face it, sincere COVID and AI ramping up, it's getting harder and harder to make contact with a human, let alone a polite and friendly one. Not to mention that my part arrived the very next day in a box and well packed and presented. I have had 2 bottles from this company since 2020 both of which are still going strong and now one has a new cap which my son broke the original, it was nothing to do with the quality. I've always respected this company for the quality of their products and now I respect them even more for the quality of their staff. Thank you Amelia and thank you One Green Bottle.

Let me break it down: this bottle is my everyday favorite. I use it for my morning coffee and afternoon iced tea, and it handles both perfectly. What surprised me was how the bottle doesn’t retain smells even after months of use. There was one time I dropped it, and a small dent appeared, but the functionality stayed intact. To be fair, it’s been a fantastic choice!

In my experience, this bottle has the best insulation ever! I’ve noticed that my iced tea stays cold, and coffee stays hot all day. The variety of colors and add-ons are a bonus. It’s worth mentioning that cleaning the spout takes a bit of care, though.

This has been my daily companion for hikes and gym visits. You won't believe this-it still looks like new after months of use. IMO, it's worth every penny. Just sharing my experience: choose the extra straw option; it's super helpful!

We got three bottles for our kids, and they adore the colors. The durable build makes them playground-friendly, though some small dents appeared.

rushing out of with a hot coffee? They has been a game changer. It keeps my coffee steaming for hours, and the leak-proof lid gives me peace of mind. It I'm honest, the size could be bigger for long trips, but it's still my fave daily essential!

Got bottles for my kids,and they're thrilled. The fun colors and light weight make them perfect for school. What surprised me was how sturdy they are despite a few falls! NGL, it's been a great buy for the whole family.

Bought mine recently, and the details are so well-thought-out! From the handle grip to the spill-proof lid, it's perfect. The Wide mouth helps for ice cubes too. Let me tell you, this bottle exceeded my expectations in every way.

Please be careful if you purchase this bottle. The tiny valve came away from my top which caused it to leak.
I have been charged £4.20 for posting these tiny valves.
I will definitely not be purchasing from botl again!

Bought 4 bottles as a family 5 years ago - used daily, still loving them :)
(This includes the red bottle chosen by my son to start reception still used in Year 4. A few small dents from the playground, still looks and works fine.)

Exceptional customer service and products! I have bought several bottles from One Green Bottle and they've always held up in the rough outdoor environment I work in. The customer service is excellent; Amelia was particularly helpful in helping me track down a specific replacement straw for one of my bottles and to have such care over what is a miniscule order shows they truly care about their customer's experience!

The bottle is a gorgeous colour, with a strong rubber handle to buy as extra too. When I broke the lid, I was offered a new one through the HQ despite that colour being out of stock online.

Any issue or request you may have, you are offered an individualised, bespoke service. The team not only help with kindness but very quickly. I cannot fault their customer service or product line. I would highly recommend all their products for this reason.

I ordered an 800ml Evolution bottle in February. I was worried about the flip lid being easily breakable but it's what I was looking for in a bottle so I went for it anyway. 6 months later, I love my bottle. It keeps water cold for hours (I had it out on a 36⁰C day and the water was still cold 14 hours later), the straw works really well and it feels very sturdy. The only negative is that it gets "moldy" (not sure if this is exactly the right description) quite quickly if there's anything other than water in it but it's relatively easy to clean so does not affect the overall use. Definitely recommend.
