I had an evolution 1200 purchased for a present four months ago and the cap mouthpiece seal has failed letting in air so is impossible to use.
I contacted one green botl and their response is unless I have the purchase receipt nothing further can be done.
They claim this problem is rare however on their website they sell new tops.
I am an engineer and have solved the problem myself this is just a rip-off to sell new tops , avoid.
Thank you for the reply however this still does not solve the problem a user has when receiving a gift of your product that fails to be of use in a short timeframe.
You obviously think this is normal and OK I'm sure many will not.

I have had a one green bottle now for over 9 months and it has been absolutely fantastic. I switched from soda to water over a year ago and the bottle has been. A life safer.
I’ve now invested in an epic stainless steel bottle (which is indeed epic in size) and a slightly bigger evolution bottle. My only issue was the cap on the epic bottle, I underestimated how much it would weigh and roll….. so it rolled straight out of the car and the cap smashed. So my advice make sure you secure them safely.

I am OBSESSED with One Green Bottle! Water bottles, coffee cups, protein shaker you name it I’ve got it and probably multiple. My whole family have their water bottles your water stays cold from morning till night and the coffee cup! I recently did a long trip (Brighton to Bradford) and my tea was still hot!

I have three different bottles from one green bottle in the family and they are all very much loved! A large 700ml size my son uses for his sport, then further bottles my daughters take to school - they love the cool colours and tactile feel - also that their water stays cool!

I’m really happy with my bottle and the service. I wanted a bottle that I could use for both hot and cold drinks and mine hasn’t disappointed at all, it keeps the temperature for hours ☺️. The team were really helpful and friendly when I had a question and responded so quickly. I would definitely recommend One Green Bottle to anyone.

Love the products and ethos of the company. Bottles are well designed and stylish. I had an issue with a product and when I contacted the customer service team received a swift response and prompt resolution.

Was purchased a bottle with a sports cap as a gift for Christmas. It rolled off a low bench and the cap sheared off and the customer service response has been more than disappointing saying it's not their problem / they don't cover accidental damage. As per someone else's review, this is clearly a product defect for them but they won't replace the broken cap, just offered free shipping on a new cap.

I've bought other eco friendly bottles and none are as brittle and sensitive as this. Avoid the brand if you want either a water bottle that doesn't need handling like it's made of glass, or customer service that is at all responsive to the issue.

I ordered a new bottle, I had the previous one happily for many years. However, the incorrect item was sent to me. I emailed customer services, who replied quickly, sent me a returns label and I received the correct item within 48 hours of my initial email!

Very disappointed with this company's products and their customer service response.
The 'Life' bottle caps broke with normal use after only 3 months; the plastic thread inside the bottle simply sheared off.
What was more disappointing was that even though the company advertises a 12 month guarantee on their website, they refused to provide a free replacement.
Will no longer be buying any of their products.

After ordering the wrong product accidentally I sent it back immediately.

They refused to give me a refund.

Enough said.

Absolutely brilliant Company. Ordered two of their drinking bottles and they were delivered the next day by Royal Mail. Both bottles different size and colours are really the best I have found and been looking for ages both on web and in stores, great sizes and great shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good quality on the go bottles.

Holy crap! This company does amazing drinking bottles, they are built so solid and look so good. I was skeptical about spending money on an expensive bottle but these are well worth the price, even got myself a cute khaki bottle bag for it!

This company is great, I like the bottles and the ethics and they dealt with a problem I had really quickly. Definitely recommend them, so nice to recieve good customer service!
