Delivery driver
I’ve had a really good experience working with OneMotion. Communication is straightforward, the company is organised properly, and if something comes up there’s always someone available to help.
Expectations are clear, and as long as you do your job properly, everything runs smoothly. It feels organised without being over the top, which makes a big difference day to day.
Overall, it’s been a solid experience and one of the most organised companies I’ve worked for.

I’ve had a genuinely good experience…
I’ve had a genuinely good experience working for One Motion. The work is simple, the routes are reasonable, and most days just flow without unnecessary stress. Pay is fair and always turns up when it should. Overall, One Motion is one of the better delivery companies I’ve worked for, and I’d happily recommend it to other drivers looking for steady work.
STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY
They did not pay me for the two days of initial training.
Despite my request, they completely ignored my follow-up regarding this payment.
It appears this may be intentional, as information about payment for training is only shared through WhatsApp conversations when a new driver starts and is not included in their official terms and conditions.
Additionally, two other drivers who started at the same time as I did were also treated unfairly by this company.
Great place to learn and collaborate
I had a great experience working at this company. The leadership is supportive, the team is collaborative, and there is a strong culture of professionalism and respect. I was given meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to grow, which helped me develop both personally and professionally. Like any workplace, there are challenges, but they are handled with transparency and a focus on improvement. Overall, it’s a rewarding place to work and learn.

I truly appreciate the long-term stability and opportunities for growth, and I’m proud to be part of a reliable company that values long-term collaboration.
Good company to work for
I worked for One Motion Logistics as a van driver delivering parcels to homes using a company van before I moved on to a different field of work. The work at the depot was well organised and the routes were clear. The team was helpful and easy to contact. Overall, it was a good place to work.

A place were excellence is the order of the day/ key, while being well rewarded for it. They deliver what they promise both to clients and their workers.
Good experience
Till know I have good experience with one motion. I started a week ago.
You judge for yourself!!!
I worked for One Motion Logistics for over three years and genuinely enjoyed the role — until around September 2025, when the company’s real culture became impossible to ignore.
Leadership at this business is largely decorative. Regional management appears to function as a desk-based commentary team, confidently making decisions about operations they neither understand nor involve themselves in. Accountability is non-existent, but certainty is abundant — an impressive combination when competence is so clearly lacking.
If you’re considering working here, understand this early: do not challenge senior management. Not respectfully, not constructively, not at all. Those who do quickly discover how “support” quietly disappears, narratives subtly change, and pressure is applied until you get the message. It’s not leadership — it’s corporate survival tactics. At that stage, leaving without notice feels less like walking out and more like concluding a process they already started 🤝
Customer needs are treated as background noise. The company is happy to drift along, taking direction from a very small group whose experience is narrowly focused and often outdated. Any suggestion outside that echo chamber is ignored, regardless of how practical or necessary it might be.
The contracts management role has also deteriorated significantly. What was once a constructive position has turned into something far less professional. Listening doesn’t happen, conversations take place behind closed doors, and issues are escalated sideways instead of being addressed directly. The aim seems less about resolving problems and more about self-preservation — perfectly aligned with regional management and firmly embedded within the same inner circle.
Area management mostly plays the expected role of compliance theatre: agree upwards, deflect downwards. People management skills are painfully limited — talking over staff, raising voices, and mistaking volume for authority. It’s less leadership and more noise.
In summary, One Motion Logistics is not short on effort from those doing the actual work — it’s short on integrity, competence, and honest leadership at the top. The company doesn’t lose good people by accident; it pushes them out deliberately, then carries on as if nothing is wrong. If you value transparency, accountability, or being treated like a professional adult, this is not the place for you.
Ghosted me because I had questions about a role
I saw the advert and was interested position was in Cambridge so applied, I was Emailed by a agent and of course I had questions as they took payment for the van etc.... I wanted to check that everything was in place so I was earning and not loosing. I asked about fuel if they covered it he said they do but I would pay about £100 a week. I had a couple more questions so Emailed again. roll on 3 weeks and no reply, I tried calling and was told I would be called back. Just completely ghosted me, all because I had valid questions about the role. Very unprofessional company.
Not paid my wages for more than 3 weeks…
Not paid my wages for more than 3 weeks , company lie to me that they will pay on 3rd week but failed to pay my wages. When contacted , no response, lack of responsibility towards there staff. They don’t care there’s staff.
The team moves at a general pace

Such thief's
Such thief's, such lies, I did a big mistake coming to work at such kind of people, no money, no phone answering, just 2 or maximum 3 days of work offered per week, 910 pounds blocked for a small mirror.... I hope they get what they deserve as soon as possible!! Big scam!!
I strongly advise others to avoid this…
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. They initially offer completely different pay rates during the interview and then change them after you have already worked for them. I was told I would be paid £2 per parcel, but after a month of work they informed me the rate had been changed to 70p per parcel, without any prior agreement.
They currently owe me over £4,000, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have not paid what I’m owed. The working conditions are extremely poor — although the role is advertised as self-employed with flexibility, they expect you to work long hours, pressure you to work Saturdays, and complain if you ask for an early finish. When you try to exercise the flexibility that a self-employed role should legally have, they threaten to terminate your work.
