Vile place to work for

Vile place to work for, they don’t pay you and become unreachable, most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. you will be working like a slave after all the hard work and long days and heavy lifting you will be left with £200 a week working 6 days after expenses and deduction. They do not pay you if you leave!!!!

SCAM! I hope you see this before to work with them 🤞🏻

I’ve been working for DBS 3 and I can say was the worst experience I ever had, I’ve had a really poor manager with no people skills and really rude, he try to intimidate me saying I’m not gonna be paid if I’m not finishing the route when I said at the start of the shift the route I too much for me being over 300+ parcels with 250 stops, also I felt scammed with their van when I left being charged over 1000£ for a scratch and I want to fix the van to a different garage but the manager blocked the van to not be able to move to be able to repair cheaper and for them to charge that money. I’ve noticed they delete their location from Oxford from maps because people start leaving reviews there as well. Overall they are just scammers and should be avoided. I hope you see this review before work with them.

One motion is the biggest scam company…

One motion is the biggest scam company I’ve ever known to exist. I would definitely avoid them at all costs. The biggest scam is your van. One small damage and you will lose 400£ a month towards repairs which usually comes to 1000s of pounds but they deduct 100 a week before they pay you anything. You get sent to places where standard cars will not be able to get through but you are expected to go through it or you get penalised. Damages caused by the state of the roads and tight country lanes where it’s impossible to get through without causing some damage to the van, if van breaks down you get charged 500£ on Top to get it transported back to depot as it happened to me. A single scratch you looking at minimum 500£ to cover it or if its damaged due to acccident that’s not your fault you still get charged 1000s of pounds to cover damages even tho they deduct 125£ a week to cover your van insurance. I’m currently employed by one motion and also I’m away on holiday to visit my family and woke up to the news that I will not get paid any of my money I worked for till I come back of my holiday and start working again because they meed to make sure I come back to work to cover the damages . I work 5 to 6 days week and deliver roughly 300 parcels a day which comes to 190 or 198 stops, I worked 3 weeks in advance before I go on holiday which they refused to pay me for.
I called the head office and told me they will not pay me any of my money and hang up on me. Luckily I recorded this conversation to use it for my court proceedings. Basically my weekly pay doesn’t exceed 300 or 350 a week after all deduction. Since I started 3 months ago I’ve not had a full wage yet due to paying parking fines and van damage caused whilst working. Every 3 months you get sent to a dreadful Oxford depot a trip that’s take up all your day around 10 hours on the road that you don’t get paid for. Basically it’s a free Labour Day for them and on top of that you cover the fuel cost which usually 30£ each way to replace your van so they can assess the damages on van so you start getting charged that’s the scam. When you change the van you collect another van and you take it back 3 months later they hoping for more damages because that’s what pays the bills is the van damages not the parcels. 80% of one motion work force and drivers they are paying back some damages. Currently there are drivers with more than 12000 £ damages. Drivers that left the one motion company because they refused to pay damages to the van they got a knock from bailiffs.
The person I spoke to this morning to pay me she threatened me with bailiffs if I don’t come back to cover the rest of the damages. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I’m doing you a favour here to give you my 3 months insight of this company.
There are more shocking reviews about this company just ask google and you will be shocked that this is a scam. Also if you are slow to deliver parcels they send you someone to help you finish your load at 1£ per parcel so if they take a while. A bag of parcels usually carry 25 to 30 parcels.you do the maths! I’m leaving this review whilst still working for these scammers and this is my leaving note for them.

If your British then don’t bother with…

If your British then don’t bother with this company they put Albanians and any other European before British people false promises on pay and Scandals. Like I took this job with a so called dbs check even though I’ve been to prison so god knows who these foreigners are turning up at your house. Leadership from one motion is absolutely disgraceful and they will pay you good first few weeks and gradually cut your pay cut your pay until they have you by the balls.

Don't...they can't organise anything

Don't...they can't organise anything, you'll get top the new job, they won't expect you, then when you return it will be the drivers day off, then for your trouble you'll be accused of being uncooperative, and then when you try tp sort the issue out they just won't respond. No matter how much money you wasted.
