Disappointing treatment
My employment with One Motion was ended via a message rather than an in person or telephone call. The reason given for ending this was very poor, with no useful information for personal improvement in future jobs.
I now have to wait three weeks to be paid for the work I did for them.

This company at the end when I gave the van back they don’t back me the money of the damages that £50 they take off every week from our wages and it was supposed come back to the drivers.

I can see from our records that the vehicle you hired from us was unfortunately damaged during the hire period therefor the deposit you paid was utilised in payment of those damages as is its purpose. For this reason no deposit was ever due to be returned to you.

Working in a company, wanting to get into debt instead of earning money, is a direct start. Otherwise, definitely stay away. You are not important at all. If you were on the road, they would think who would deliver your packages.
