Customer experience is the heart of One Motion deliveries.
One motion focuses on quality of delivery and customer experience, coming out as #1 DSP most weeks. This of course means bonuses for drivers, and a greater pride in the service offered. Some other DSPs just focus on "Number of parcels delivered" to maximize their business income, at the expense of burnt out and frustrated drivers.
