The van are not in good mechanical condition, and this one have windows broken. And on the pictures it’s not visible.

Good company. They give a brand new Van rental, so you don’t have to worry about the delivery. All okay 👍

"I worked for One Motion for months without being paid a cent—they're nothing short of thieves. Renting a van from them is one of the worst decisions you can make, but they'll push it on you with pay rates that you'll never actually see as an employee. In the end, I was the one paying for fuel and rental just to work for them for free. When you've had enough and try to return the van, they'll claim there's damage and overcharge you, hiding behind their 300-page contract, which no one ever reads and is full of nonsense, to justify their claims. The same thing happened to me and many others. They're not just thieves; they're running a massive scam to fund their own new vans.

To make matters worse, both directors of One Motion Logistics are also directors of a van repair company at the same location in Oxford. This means they fix their own vehicles!!! through their own company!!! and charge you a VERY HIGH and unfair price for repairs. It’s a clear conflict of interest and yet another way they scam people. You guys should get shut down and jailed for what you doing!

They also mass-hire around Christmas, then delay payments in hopes drivers will leave. After the holiday season, when delivery volumes drop, they can't provide enough deliveries per driver, and this happens every year. Their reviews on Trustpilot are fake—check Google and you'll see the same issues. Whenever there's a conflict, they give everyone the same generic response without any contact details. Their office is impossible to reach—they either hang up on you or don’t answer at all.

Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want to be scammed!"
