Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience with OneOne Swimmingwear.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a swimsuit that was on sale, but they sent me the wrong size. I tried multiple times to contact their customer service to resolve the issue, and they never responded or offered any real help. The only response I received was that the item was a “final sale” because it was purchased during a promotion.
Regardless of a sale, sending the wrong size is clearly the company's mistake, and it should have been addressed.
Although the quality of the swimsuits seems good, I would not recommend buying directly from them due to their extremely poor customer service. Additionally, the exact same designs can be found on other websites for much lower prices.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I placed an order in MARCH OF 2025. As per policy, i sent back a few items for refund, within the 30 day window. I received an email that they received my return and a refund would be issues in 30 days. This was 10 MONTHS AGO. I have received 2 emails in the past 10 months simply stating there are delays with my refund " due to external circumstances." New arrivals are posted daily on instagram, so the business still exists. Whatever these circumstances are has nothing to do with me. I am extremely dissatisfied and this is rising to the level of fraud that there is email confirmation that i will received my refund and after 10 months they still have not. Needless to say, i WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I emailed them several days before my order was shipped. It had been almost 3 weeks since the order was placed and it would not arrive on time for my trip. I asked them to cancel and refund the order. They were pushy and tried to have it shipped to my vacation spot instead, but it’s a short weekend getaway and would not get to the resort in time either. I repeatedly asked for a refund and every response they sent was a “well we can try to get it there”. Finally they said the order was shipped and it won’t arrive until after my trip is OVER and their return policy doesn’t allow for items that were on sale to be returned!!!!! So now despite being asked to cancel my order 3-4 times, they shipped it anyways knowing I won’t be able to get a refund.
An awful experience with this company
An awful experience with this company. I ordered a swim suit as a Christmas present on December 4th. As of December 10th the order still showed processing, so I tried to call the number on the website only to get a message that the voicemail for this phone was full, so I emailed the support email to make sure everything was ok with the order. The next day I received a canned email explaining that it can take 5-10 days for orders to process and ship. I then waited until 11 days had passed and emailed again as to the status of the order. 2 days later received the same canned email as before. It has now been 18 DAYS since I placed the order and it still had not shipped. I then sent a 3rd email. It is quite ridiculous to order pre-produced product on Dec 4, and not be able to get it in time for Christmas. The swim suit finally came after Christmas 12/29/25. It didnt come close to fitting based on sizing provided on website. (My daughter has purchased many swim suits about 2-3 a year and she knows her size very well.) Contacted oneoneswim support via email only to receive an email back saying that because the swim suit we purchased was on sale or reduced by 30% or more they do not allow any returns OR EXCHANGES. They wont even exchange the suit. Absolutely atrocious company.

Ordered back in August didn’t receive a package or warning about delay so in mid September I emailed “support” to cancel. The said it would be 30 business days to be sent to billing it’s now almost Christmas and I still have not received anything. It’s giving scam you guys!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM ONE One SWIM!!!!!!‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨 huge scam. The reviews for 5 stars are also anonymously posted and sketchy save your money and go somewhere else.
Super slow processing and shipping
If you're in no rush to receive your order than it's great. It took over a month for my order to even process and over two months for me to receive it. Order at your own risk but if you're looking to have it in time for an event sooner than 2 months out, I'd shop elsewhere.

I love these swimsuits. They fit the best! However I have to share my annoyances on shipment times. They always take over 2, sometimes 3 weeks to ship out the product. A little long IMO... but it's worth the wait.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY - BEWARE
This is a fraudulent company. They display dates on their website that orders will be delivered within 10-15 business days, then add a note a week after Black Friday that orders will take at least 20 days TO PROCESS. This is illegal under the 16 CFR Part 435 - Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise or “FTC Mail Order Rule which:
“…requires sellers to ship merchandise within the time stated in their ads or, if no time is given, within 30 days, and to notify customers of delays, offering options to cancel for a full refund if delays exceed 30 days or the promised time. This rule protects consumers from unexpected shipping delays by mandating honesty about delivery expectations and providing recourse for non-delivery, applying to mail, phone, and internet orders.”
I have emailed them several times about canceling my order since it still has not been processed (9 days after placing the order). They refuse to respond to my emails but continue to change their policies on their website, after the fact. This is fraudulent, illegal, and I will be pursuing legal action against the company if they do not fulfill their original delivery time frame claim.
If anybody else is interested in joining this lawsuit, please post on trust pilot and I will find a way to reach out.

Decreased quality overall
I have purchased SO many suits from this site and used to love them. I just ordered one, and the quality has significantly decreased. The medium bottoms that I bought are incredibly smaller than the multiple medium bottoms I have from here. Not only has the quality gone down, but the customer service has also declined. It took me over three weeks to get a return label sent to me so I could return my suit. I could not recommend them any less. So disappointing.

Horrible customer service. Was charged double for shipping, and they refuse to refund. First time I ordered they delivered it a month late and were shady about where and how my order was lost. This time. I should have learned my lesson and not ordered again; crazy customer service experiences for the high cost
Dishonest company
If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I basically returned an item 7 months ago and they kept promising that my refund would arrive soon. And it never did. And when I tried to follow up on why I haven’t received my refund, they would give me the run around and say things like “please be patient while we work with our billing department.” Ummmm it’s been 7 months. How long do I need to be patient for. No valid reason and no follow up from this company about the status of my refund. When I asked to speak to someone over phone they would not provide a customer service number. Also the number posted on their website never works. Why?? Probably because they’re a scam and like to keep people’s money instead of refunding them as they should when an item is returned. Dishonest, scammy behavior.
Buy at your own risk
This company has some serious issues with their return policy and customer service department. I returned a bikini in June, following the instructions provided by their service department. It's been more than four months later and I still haven't received the refund or an explanation of what's causing the delay. Customer service keeps replying "we are experiencing delays" but no further explanation as to the nature of what's causing the delay and how/when it will be fixed. At this point they have the merchandise AND my money. What makes it worst is that it looks like there are many other customers experiencing the same issue. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
If they don't want to accept returns, they should simply update their return policy.

I returned my items well within the window and have proof of delivery to their address and have been fighting with them since June (It is now October) to get my refund. I am currently out $600 receiving generic emails saying they are working on it with no resolution. I now have to resort to suing this company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
