Ridiculous return policy. The suit didn't fit at all. It was on my body for less than 30 seconds and they are still requiring extensive pictures before they will consider a return.

The quality of the Bikinis are literally out of this world!!!

Horrible customer service! The return policy is a joke. You cannot exchange or get a refund on items if you use a discount code, which is new, I’ve ordered in the past and been able to make exchanges, no questions asked. I reached out about this and after multiple emails back and forth they told me they would make an exception and only give me store credit, not my money back. I agreed and they said once I provided proof the return they’d grant the credit. Once I dropped the items at the post office and sent them a picture of the receipt, they emailed me again and tried to claim that I couldn’t exchange or get my money back so I once again had to email them and show them what I was told the day before. Waited hours for a response and they sent me a $40 store credit without any explanation. I returned $84 worth of items. I am furious as I would never have sent the items back if I wasn’t going to actually get that amount credited to me so now I’m out 40+ dollars.

On top of the horrible customer service and return policy if you do make an order plan on waiting a month before you ever see your items. Shipping takes forever.

Material of this suit is something I can’t find elsewhere and they are SUPER comfortable. I wear them for hours on the boat, swimming, or just laying around they have the best styles for everyone and they make great gifts! Will definitely continue ordering:)

Although I cannot speak to the quality of the product (I have not yet received my order) I can say that there are no shipping timelines listed on the website. Once your order is confirmed, you receive an email that your order is 'prepared to ship' and I anticipated 10-15 business days to get my order.

Wrong. After placing my order on 1/17/2025 and receiving an email on 1/20/2025 stating my order was ready to ship, I sent an email on 1/28/2025 inquiring into my order status thinking the package was potentially lost.

Customer service informed me it could take up to twenty business days (essentially an ENTIRE CALENDAR MONTH) to ship my items. In what world does an online order take a month to ship? Not a month to arrive, a month to be on its way. Wild. I wouldn't have been upset about this if there was transparency on the website stating this potential timeline and I may have shopped elsewhere if I had known. To be determined whether or not these pieces arrive before the trip I plan to wear them on and whether or not they are worth the wait.

One One - do better. If shipping faster isn't an option, communicate with your potential customers so they can make an informed decision when shopping on your website.

Terrible customer service! It took 4 weeks for them to ship.
The bikini top doesn’t fit and also doesn’t sit right, one side is higher than the other.
After reading the reviews I’m scared to send it back as I’ve heard they don’t actually put the refund through!
Worst website ever.

My order, which was valued at over $250 AUD, took approximately a month to be shipped over the Christmas period. I did feel nervous I had been scammed so had a look at the returns policy, which seemed okay, but other reviews said that their refund wasn't processed for months and things like that, so I regretted buying from them. However, when my swimwear arrived, I was impressed with the quality, and the designs are unique.

They falsify their size chart to seem inclusive, but once you receive your suit, you see the company is tailored towards skinny women. It sucks they advertise suits that “fit all” with such a wide ranging size chart, then sent a skimpy little suit. On top of this, they don’t accept returns, contrary to what their website says. On the returns tab, it says they accept all U.S. returns. Nowhere does it list any stipulations about final sale items or items being sold at over 30% off not being accepted for return. I am now out over $60 on a poor quality suit that does not properly cover me up, something I cannot even legally wear out, because they falsified their size chart to sell more products.

I love this bikini company! The designs are beautiful and the fit is perfect.
The quality of the material is great and it feels so comfortable to wear.
Shipping was fast and everything arrived just as expected. Highly recommend!

I ordered swimsuits from ONEONE during their Black Friday Sale and apart from taking three weeks to arrive, the tops did not fit (too small despite following the size chart and ordering my usual size). When I emailed the company for a return, they responded that items 30% and over are final sale. This information was hidden in fine print and not clearly stated. I feel disappointed and deceived by the company.

Beware of the return policy and read the fine print. We purchased items on sale and did not realize they were final sale b/c it did not say it anywhere when we were buying or checking out. Only did I see the fine print when we needed to return. Horrible customer service when discussing our issue and still not held accountable for deceptive practices.

Oneone has been my go to swimsuit brand ever since I found them. They are reliable and cute. I always find myself reaching for a Oneone suit when I have the chance. Genuinely my favorite brand and couldn’t recommend it more!

Absolutely love these bikinis! They’re incredibly flattering, and I get compliments every time I wear them. As someone who’s quite tall, it’s always been a challenge to find swimwear that fits well and accentuates my body. One Swim has nailed it—I’m so glad I discovered them! They’ll definitely be my go-to from now on.

I bought several swimsuits from here. When I checked, 1 of the 4 swimsuit I purchased said "Final Sale". When I contacted them to return 2 of the other swimsuit, they told me none of my purchases could be refunded. There was some fine print under their returns policy that I guess said any discounted item couldn't be returned. Very misleading because when check out, this did not seem like the case.

Really disappointed by their exchange/refund policy. I purchased two bathing suits as part of a Black Friday sale November 2024. The fits for both bikini tops and bottoms were way too tight and not flattering on my curvy shape, and so I emailed their customer service about returning and I was told "After reviewing your order, we noticed that all your items have a 50% discount. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchange or refund." This was in no way made clear on the website page when scrolling through and clicking on items, on the order confirmation page, or in the email confirmation I received. I think these are very strict terms that are very well hidden on the website. So, learn from my mistake and please review oneone's refund/exchange policies before purchasing!!
