Fantastic store manager and staff in Herning branch.
The store manager in Herning and I were put into a bit of predicament by a third party regarding a product I wanted to buy.
The store manager went above and beyond to sort something out so that I could buy the product.
I was already an enthusiastic customer of Oneopensky and now my loyalty and respect for the business and the people who work there has increased.
All of my experiences shopping at Oneopensky in Herning have been overwhelmingly positive.
All the staff have hands on I insightful knowledge of the products they sell.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I wrote an email to the customer service to request a product to be sent to the Copenhagen shop and they asked me to write to the shop directly instead of handling that internally. When writing to the shop directly the first time they reply and then I’ve been following up by email with them to which they have never replied back. Clearly they have some big issues internally that they need to address when it comes to doing their work and not have their customers doing it for them!

Online and In Store are both great places to shop for outdoor sports. The store in CPH in quite big and the staff is super nice. Their online shop works great too.
