We sincerely apologize, however like communicated on email our forwarder has not been able to deliver to the address in the UK since we are lacking information whether the invoice name (RREUCPOST ZBXHPV) is a private person or a company (and therefore needs a VAT number). We have tried to send the package three times, but are still missing a reply from you regarding above (email sent June 22nd). However, I can see you last order from June 26th with Germany as shipping address, has been delivered June 30th, so I hope everything is as expected.
