I am so happy I finally decided to get a peloton. It’s extremely well built and provides an excellent overall experience. I previously tried the app with another bike and while I enjoyed it, the experience when using their bike is exceptional and extremely motivating. Delivery was fast and efficient.

It would have been nice to have the set up done by a Peloton team and not by the transportation company (who spoke only English)

The bike is great and classes are great as well. But they dropped the price of the bike 650 euros from one day to another and basically screwed up existing customers.
When there are those type of price drops, you expect the company to have some compensation to existing customers. I bought the bike 35 days away from the price drop. Lost 650 euros in devaluation of the purchase.
I will keep using the bike as I enjoy it. But don't expect me to be a recurring customer when it is time to renew my bike.

I am in my 40s and due to arthritis in my knee I wanted to get a good spinning bike as I couldn't run anymore. I did lots of research and there are many good bikes out there. The reason Peloton was chosen was that no-one could come close to having the complete package. Ordering the bike was easy and straight forward. It arrived within 3 weeks. I did a beginner 6 week course which was fantastic for getting used to the bike. There are so many amazing instructors with a plethora of different types of music and style of class either live or recorded. The Peloton community motivates you and gives you the confidence to push yourself. My husband is even using the bike for scenic rides. His only small criticism is that there are only a small amount of scenic rides currently available.

It has all types of class, not just cycling and you can join challenges to motivate you. If my arthritis is bothering me then I do either a beginner ride or a low impact ride.

The initial outlay with the bike and I got the shoes and weights is expensive but to me, worth every penny as it is keeping myself and my husband fit and healthy and loving fitness. Highly recommend.

And should I visit a city like London in future I’ll miss you! What about a studio where I can log and click in, in my own time??

The best purchase i have ever made. Super easy order process and very transparent order status. The online support and in-person support at the Peloton store are first class. The product itself (Bike) is excellent quality and the class/course offerings are second to none!

High-end Equipment, plentiful class types, supportive community, and fun! All in all an exceptional experience, from the ordering, delivery (on time, helpful and polite), to the daily use. I am thrilled with my Peloton!

Peloton bicycle + itself is a nicely designed and high quality product. The belonging equipment (bottles, bands and yoga mats) unfortunately don’t follow this trend and stink like cheap plastic. Nevertheless, the general price-quality ratio is way too high.
If it was once in the time investment, wouldn’t be that bad. The monthly membership fee is definitely required to have a meaningful use of the bicycle, but on the other hand it can’t substitute the actual gym. All in all, if there was no Corona, we wouldn’t became costumers.

Best purchasing decision ever!

The delivery was ok, around 5 weeks (but we knew that) and the team that brought the bike over was very quick and efficient at installing it. We absolutely love the bike and the different workouts the platform provides.

The pickup team damaged my door. I called into peloton service and sent pictures but they have not done anything and just forgot about me and the door their pickup team damaged.

Friendly, helpful and easy.

I like it very much. It was the first fitness device that actually kept me going for more than five weeks in a row. The concept of power zones is great and some of the teaching is outstanding. I wish it was easier to connect more digital devices and apps to collect more data and I would love sensors to help me to stay in the right position and give me feedback re how I am doing in my training. And yes, the German-speaking training looks pale in comparison to the guys from the US. Just my two cents.

Love the peleton, the actually delivery was done well with friendly people (from Rhenus) but - I HATED waiting 9 weeks for my Bike+ (Munich area)
