I love my Peloton
I love my Peloton. Actually I love the whole thing, not just the bike. Peloton got me addicted to exercise. I haven't been this physically active since high school (so.. 20 years?). I would go to the gym (pre-Corona), but it was always a pain in the ass, especially since I have to go by train. And then carry my gym bag with me to work so that I can go to the gym afterwards. And, since I'm in Germany, they don't always have air conditioning and I find that some of the locals aren't the best at using deodorant... Not fun.
Anyway, I love the bike, I LOVE the strength classes and I can't wait for the Tread to come to Germany. I'm buying that as soon as it's announced. So excited!

The wait time for clothes is too long
The wait time for clothes is too long. Maybe I can understand long wait times for the bikes but clothes? How hard is it to send clothes once they have been ordered. Also the clothes return process is ridiculous. The wait time for phone customer service is also over an hour. Forget about an email response from customer service. It has been over 3 weeks for a simple clothes return question.

Great but worried about moving my account
I love my Peloton and have enjoyed the various classes and platforms over the past 4 months. I am concerned that when I move from Germany to the United States that I will lose my account and all my progress. If I had known that prior to purchase, I would have had to reconsider getting a Peloton bike at this time.

Intrinsically motivated endurance athlete loves Peloton
Peloton has been an amazing investment in my health and life. Last year on the cusp of the pandemic, I was also suffering from a stress fracture in my foot. I couldn't run like I wanted and knew I needed an alternative. Enter: Peloton. The cycling has been amazing and I had no idea how much I would love the strength classes too! The variety of instructors, motivation, and excellent fitness planning keeps me coming back day after day. As a very intrinsically motivated endurance athlete, I was skeptical at first about the "group" dynamic but I am all in now.

Heart rate tracker problem, no help from peloton
I have a problem with my heart rate tracker and was simply redirected to the help section of the website. I had already looked at this and it did not help. So basically, the chat was of no help whatsoever. I then tried to call peloton and after 19 minutes of waiting I gave up. I have now bought a heart rate tracker from another company

I have not had a home gym type of machine that actually keep you engaged and coming for more. The classes are amazing and each type of person can select a trainer that fits with your character. and don't forget it is not just Spinning classes it is also Yoga, meditation, Body weight, running and many more all within the app
