Really good for an easy tea. Way better than most vegan pizza

Great stuff and a recent order hiccup was swiftly resolved

No good taste and some of the ingredients are not organic. Doesn't taste like Italian Pizza.

These frozen vegan pizzas are ace! Good and tasty, generous toppings and the base goes lush and crispy. To top it all off all the packaging is eco-friendly. Keep up the strong work guys!

Service, delivery and packaging excellent and intentions admirable, BUT I did not like the pizzas very much. Base neither soft nor crispy and toppings excessive and overwhelming. Why not make a whole-meal pizza with more simple toppings.

Being vegan and gluten free it's very hard to find foods that are incredibly nice. These pizzas were amazing! I 100% recommend.

Pizzas arrived still frozen so well packaged....more importantly they are soooo delicious!! I like the ethics of opp and the product!

I really can't understand why I'm seeing 1 star reviews... Outrageous!!! If I could give this company more than 5 stars i would! I'm the Dpd driver who collects the parcels from this company (Sometimes) Such friendly staff!! (Always greeted with a smile)
The ice cream is out of this world!! Tastes better than any other ice cream I've ever tasted, even better than Ben and Jerry's!! 😱 The pizzas and other products they sell looks amazing!! I've tried a few products from One Planet and every single time it's been amazing! 💯 Well done everyone 👍🏻

The Exotic Fungi Feast pizza is not what I expected. The cheese substitute is tasteless and snot-like, which makes the pizza not pizza-worthy.

New subscription model is poor and company’s approach to dealing with the change is inconsiderate. Changing customers orders after they have been made is not an acceptable was to treat customers.

Just got this branded pizza in whole foods market. Was looking forward but got dissapointed. The three cheese pizza was flavourless, no salt at all, and the bottom was way too thick and spongy. For 7 pound I was expacting a really good pizza. I have to say, the vegan chicago town or the cheapest goodfellas vegan pizza for 2.50 is more better as the one planet pizza.

Very poor, I wished to amend my order, giving at least 10 days notice of delivery, my emails and texted have been ignored. The pizzas a great, customer service poor. SORRY

Excellent experience with a sustainable company.
I especially loved that the packaging was clearly marked biodegradable and all 100% recyclable!

The pizza was delicious, the vegan cheese was extra melty, and even had the approval of my meat-loving partner. The extra freebies (including a free gluten-free pizza!) were very much appreciated, and I'd definitely recommend to other vegans or those to thinking of trying it out.

Such wonderful vegan pizza, definitely 5 stars for taste! I ordered 4 different flavours and loved each one. My only disappointment was the poor delivery as every single pizza was broken in multiple places and barely frozen when it arrived. Hopefully this was just a one off as I would love to order again.

I honestly have not tasted a vegan pizza as good. I have ordered twice and each time I haven’t been disappointed.
I order the 5 pizzas with the intention of freezing 2 or 3. They don’t make it to the freezer as my sons decide they’re vegan whenever I have a delivery of them.

Both sons are waiting for my next order to be made. There’s a lot of extras being ordered this time, thanks to my sons.

All the pizzas are made with fresh ingredients.
They look as good as they taste.
They are very carefully packed.
Also the freezer bags are reusable 🥰as are the ice packs 😊

Each of my orders have had delicious extras in. Thank you ♥️

On the order form there’s a ‘any special instructions? question’
I asked them to draw me a pretty picture, as it’s a family joke whenever my sons order a takeaway.
I received a really lovely and well drawn picture from Adelaide aged 8 ♥️🥰😍
I’ve kept it, I was so surprised that OPP went to that trouble for a customer.

I am so happy at finding a pizza readymade that I can enjoy with my sons when they order their takeaways.

Since then I've ordered regularly from the likes of TheVeganKind and Ocado, but not as frequently as I'd like since those websites have high minimum spend thresholds or expensive delivery, so you can imagine I was stoked to find out that OnePlanetPizza now offers their own direct-to-consumer service through OnePlanetPizza.com.

I placed my first order for delivery on Friday 10th April for a bank holiday treat. Unfortunately my excitement soon turned to disappointment when the order never came! I contacted OPP on Saturday and they got back to me the same day explaining that there had been an issue with the courier and unfortunately my order was delayed until Wednesday 15th (today). To be fair, they had already proactively told me, but it got filtered into my spam folder. Having worked in e-commerce for some 10 years including in customer service departments, I've realised that good customer service does not mean everything going perfectly - it's how a company responds when things go wrong. And this is why today, when my order arrived, I was so happy to find unexpected treats in the form of cakes (which are absolutely amazing, by the way) and rocky road bars from MummyMeagz!

This act of goodwill is why I have given OPP 5 stars instead of 4. Kudos guys - thanks a lot!
