Pro-breeze air conditioner

Pro-breeze air conditioner
Bought this item via Amazon from this retailer. Goods arrived ,un-boxed and plugged it in. Machine sounded like it was about to take off , banging and clattering . The item was clearly defective . Contacted the seller, who agreed to replace the item. They , apparently, arranged for a courier to collect the item. Waited all day, no one came to collect it. Contacted the seller, who kind of implied that I must have been out and the courier would try again. I argued that I was home all day , so another collection was , supposedly, arranged. This time they told me the courier was UPS and gave me a reference number. Again, the courier didn’t arrive. I contacted UPS this time, they requested information the seller had not given me and told me the reference number wasn’t real. I raised this as a complaint to the seller on Amazon, they did not respond. I have now had to raise a formal complaint about this company , directly to Amazon and now have to wait for their A to Z guarantee process to take place , in the hope of finishing this unnecessary drama. It anyone out there is thinking to use the seller/trader. Think very carefully…. I personally will not be using them again. Poor quality communication and organisation.

Second to None

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Bought a product through B&Q almost two years ago. It was playing up so contacted one retail group through the B&Q website. They gave me a few things to try, which didn’t work, and within seven days of first contact I received a new replacement. A huge thank you.

Ordered an ice machine from these…

Ordered an ice machine from these people, said it had been delivered and it hadn’t, after a lot of emails etc finally agreed to refund and have not received anything! This has been ongoing since middle of August, I am still emailing them but they are not responding. Terrible company

Left my delivery inside someone else's wheelie bin.

Ordered an item from Amazon, got tracking for the order and then got a delivered message BUT when I went to my delivery instructions place there was nothing there, so I downloaded the photo only to see that it had been left in a wheelie bin, the thing is my wheelie bin is next to my door and the one in the picture was definitely not mine. I don't have neighbours close by so I have no idea where it was. Who, in their right mind puts a parcel inside a wheelie bin?

Bought a double self inflatable bed but…

Bought a double self inflatable bed but it was to big for the area it was going to be placed

I had to send it back but it involved having to pay for the printing and postage

After a fer attempts they sent me a qr code:- letters and numbers so I took it to my local shop to print the return label

I admit at times I was mad because it was going on and on

Throughout this time, the company were so polite. And kind I wish I'd kept it for later

I honestly and truly recommend this company and will be put in my custom, their way for any future orders I may need?

Be careful who you order from

This outfit hides behind Amazon, Tesco etc and should be avoided at all costs.
Basically, a surprise Tower Fan for my granddaughter wasn't delivered as promised, despite paying for express delivery (3.99)
Item didn't arrive and Tesco told me to contact this third party seller.
They switch the phones off and only respond to emails. Tesco accept no responsibility and are not interested.
After about eight hours of communication via WhatsApp I was informed delivery was cancelled.
Then Tesco squabbled about refunding the 'express delivery' charge and informed me they would be reclaiming any Clubcard points earned in the purchase.
AVOID both of these companies. I'm awaiting my full refund - I don't anticipate it will go smoothly.
Ordered : 12th August Delivery due BY 14th
Pursued 15th over eight hours
Refund : ????
P S They still seem to be accepting orders for same item via Amazon.

Zero stars for this awful company

Zero stars for this awful company. I bought an Air Con unit from B&Q. Thinking they were the supplier. When I asked to return it as it was the wrong model they informed me it was from this awful company. I sent the item back the next day. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing. They won’t issue me a refund either. B&Q are no better. They just bury their head in the sand and won’t take responsibility either. I’d never buy from either company again!
They both need closing down!

Atrocious. AVOID

Atrocious.
We ordered a Pro Breeze Evaporative Cooler which broke after 2 weeks.
The One Retail Group have then put us through the Spanish Inquisition, including instructing us to perform advanced mechanical engineering on the product, instead of refunding or replacing the item.
Disgraceful.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered through Amazon, and this company uses Amazon’s A to z guarantee to deny refunds at every turn. When my order was over a week late they claimed that it had been dispatched but when I managed to speak to a human who processed a refund it magically became lost and they agreed that they would honour the refund Amazon had already processed.

My dehumidifier was faulty on arrival

My dehumidifier was faulty on arrival.
One Retail asked for details which I supplied in full.
I have not heard from them since, although I have sent several follow up emails. They are literally ignoring me.
I am left with a non usable product with no suggestion of a refund or removal of the defective product.
I have looked into this company and found that this treatment is not unusual.
With many companies selling dehumidifiers, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere before using this company.

I ordered a probreeze oil filled radiator,,,,I paid for a black brand new one of these idiots via Amazon ,,,they sent me a white probreeze rad with massive dents and cracked vents ,,,showed them all the pictures,,,they said ,,,ohh sorry we sent you one of our 2nd hand refurbished ones by mistake ,,,,,how was this a mistake it's not even the same model or colour,,,,this was no accident,,,I'm still waiting for a refund to this day

Terrible company - DO NOT USE

I received a dehumidifier which was faulty when delivered and I informed the company straight away. I cannot speak to anyone (no telephone number) and nobody has replied to my numerous emails, completed web forms and photographs. The guarantee is worthless as nobody will speak to me.
I don't understand why there are good reviews.
Avoid this company!!

Mario, Customer Service Agt, Cosi Home

Have just had communication with the lovely Mario re a Cosi Home product and he could not have been more helpful. The temperature controller for a heated blanket has developed a fault and Mario has swiftly arranged a replacement controller at no additional cost. (The blanket is out of warranty btw). Exceptional customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my heated blanket OR Mario’s customer service. TY 🙏🏻

Order of Tower Fan

I ordered a tower fan last week and it arrived within two days,
I was impressed by the product and decided to order another one, which I did on the 29th April,
It didn't arrive as specified,
I rang and spoke to Daniela who advised it had been lost in transit,
She said she would arrange another another delivery which arrived one day quicker than arranged,
Excellent service from Pro breeze and especially Daniela I would thoroughly recommend this company
