One Retail Group's second Customer Care Agent, Issy, went above and beyond the call of duty not only to resolve my issue but to ensure that her resolution spared me every possible inconvenience.

Brought a Pro Breeze® 500ml Mini Dehumidifier through ebay .delivered next day no problem

I ordered an Active Era Air Bed via Amazon. It was very uncomfortable and I returned it. I heard nothing from the company and so contacted them via Amazon. Amazon had tracked my return and knew it had been delivered, unfortunately One Retail Group didn’t! They asked for proof of postage which I provided. Apparently the proof of postage, a photo of the Hermes receipt, wasn’t good enough. Fortunately I’m an Amazon prime member so Amazon issued a refund. Very poor customer service and without Amazon intervention I would probably be out of pocket.

A complete joke of a company. I ordered some collagen powder for 18.99. The item never arrived. The tracking ref number they provided said it was delivered to an address in Walsall. My postal address is 10 miles away!! I honestly don't know how it ended up being sent to a completely different address. And the best one was still the response from those con artists. As the item was sold via eBay I've sent them a request to resolve the situation with details what went wrong. They replied saying the item could have been delivered to my neighbour!! A one that lives 10 miles away??? They completely ignored what I wrote and then sent me a set of instructions of how to close a case on ebay. Absolute joke of a company and high level con artists. Good job I lost only 18.99. Never buy from these thieves unless you want to lose some cash.

Ordered a Pro Breeze 1500 dehumidifier delivery estimated 3 working days arrived next day on Saturday morning couldn't believe it brilliant price and delivery

Avoid this Company at all cost! You have been warned......
Purchased a Pro Breeze 9000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Window Kit from ProBreeze (AKA One Retail Group) in June at a cost of £429.99 from their website.
The Air Conditioner was no better than a fan & as a result, we returned the Air Conditioner to their logistics partner located in Basildon, Essex for a full refund on 07/07/2020.
It will come as no shock that other innocent customers had also returned their orders as their Air Conditioners also did NOT work. There were hundreds of Air Conditioners in boxes all over the floor, all returned by disgruntled customers.
As of the 29/07/2020, we have received no refund for the sum of £429.99.
Luckily, we paid by Paypal & have opened a case.
Buyers look elsewhere. Their Air Conditioners are cheap, probably manufactured on mass in China.
Their return policy is : don't like the item - well, you can pay for it to be returned.
The Air Conditioner weighs approx 30KG. To ask a reputable courier to pick up & collect would cost a considerable amount of money at the customers cost. Luckily, we live 30-45 min away, so returned the item ourselves.
ProBreeze (AKA One Retail Group) are cowboys.
