Always had a positive experience until most recent order received half my order and have had no response to emails poor customer service

Absolutely outstanding products. Fast shipping and good prices. And very well packed by Eli, to rnsure it all got to me in one piece.
The amount of comments I've had so far about the Caribbean berries and melon oil and beard butter is unreal. And my wife loves the smell of the bay rum beard shampoo.

Terrible customer service. No one told me that there was a delay to my order, I had to ask myself to find out!! 9 days later and still no product.

After 2 weeks contacted them to find out where my order was to be told part of it was out of stock ( said in stock on website ) so requested alternative product finally turned up after 3 weeks

Second time ordering some beard oil from the website and most likely will order again and considering to try some other products as well.

This is my second order and same as my first order it's been 2 weeks and still hasn't arrived. This is also on a 48hr delivery. I don't know if I can be bothered to do this all again a third time. Such a shame because I really like the beard products.

Really good products, second time growing a beard, seems a lot thicker and healthier & smells perfect with the bubblegum I’ve just received but also the bay rum is brilliant too for a more subtle smell. OneSociety Team are fantastic with customer service too! Kept up to date!

Excellent service and product (beard balm) with one small comment that the balm is quite hard and needs ‘warming up’ to rub in easily.

Received different cosmetics then I had ordered.
Very poor client communication.
It is 3 weeks and I am still wating for replacement.
Products are good but the rest bad.

As a first time buyer I brought the beard care bundle as to give it all a fair shot. And can safely say each day the beard is looking healthier and tidy. The bay rum scent is amazing, keep up the good work, when needed I’ll definitely be a repeat customer

Well what can I say… like everyone else I had to wait a little bit longer to receive my beard oil and balm, but boy, was it worth the wait! Wow! I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and i’m getting compliment after compliment. It’s a game changer folks! My beard has never felt better! I have tried other, more expensive, beard products on the market and had been left disappointed, but, this is worth every penny. It smells incredible, (Sweet Rum and Lime) feels great, the shine lasts all day and my beard feels natural not to mention, healthier too! I can’t wait to try the other products they have to offer. I have already recommended this to my fellow bearded friends and family members. There are a lot of us as I’m a proud Sikh man with a long and lustrous flowing beard. Thank you Onesociety.

Reason bein I've ordered from u guys alot for family members as well as my self. 2 of my brother inlaws get from u as well now and a brother bc ive got thrn for presents bdays and Xmas. I received mine and there is barely any seant to them at all thry don't really smell of anymore apart from wax
