Great service considering I was very…

Great service considering I was very last minute. I really appreciated the great customer service. The manager came himself to patch up the bouncy castle shortly after I contacted him. Will be ordering a bouncy castle in the future from them.

Kids loved it !!!

The whole process of ordering and arranging the bouncy castle was great. They even popped in beforehand to check the suitability of the castle in the garden. Kids absolutely enjoyed themselves. Would definitely use their services again!

Top lads

Top lads. Quick efficient, even ended giving couple hours extra.

Castle kept moving and brang the wrong bouncy castle. My daughter had a theme and they ruined it

Hello.

We indeed brought the wrong velcros for the castle you ordered which we are sorry for. However the driver called you and told you that they can get you the correct one but he would get to you no later than 5 minutes after your party start time. You told him no, you would want a partial refund. So we gave you a partial refund instead as requested.

We left you a party castle with balloons and stars so your theme wasn't ruined as it was a party theme, although it wasn't what you ordered. If we left you with a different design we could understand your terminology of ruined. But as said you turned us down for getting you the paw patrol velcros as you rathered a refund, which meant it can't have meant that much to you.

Unfortunately, being hired in a hall our small 8x11 castles will move slightly, due to having a small weight. We place sandbags to keep them moving in only a small area and peg them down outdoors which they won't move at all.

they were more than early which was okay and even had a little extra time the kids loved it. The guys were well mannered and polite
worth every penny

Castle arrived on time as agreed

Castle arrived on time as agreed, however the castle had several splits on the seams, one was particularly large and we had to put parcel tape over it. We called the company by phone, there was no answer so left a voicemail and sent a message but no one called us back or responded to the message.
