I was recently given the task to order a flagpole on behalf of a local Parish Council. Absolute dump and that is being generous. The shops are awful in terms of stock holding. People were praying on the floor in the changing room of one shop! The traffic is a nightmare due to roadworks outside the shopping centre. It took us 90 mins to get in and 40 mins to get off the carpark.

Matt is always very prompt with his responses and always gives great recommendations for products that would suit our company events. Print quality and products have been excellent and if there are ever any issues or concerns, these are always resolved without delay.

The flag that was produced for me did not look at all like the image I approved. When I asked why this was the case, I was told in a defensive manner that "due to the nature of the fabric" I would never get a true white or black on this flag. This was never explained to me or anywhere on the website. However what was provided was 100% NOT what I approved. Additionally customer service needs to be improved as the 1st person who I dealt with was not experienced about any file types which required another person to get involved. Oddly I purchased the Flags and Flagpoles, but this one stop promotions was the email communication - its unclear what company I am dealing with. I would not recommend this company as there are many others in the market who can provide better service and product.
