Excellent customer service
The service received could not have been better. The flagpole we ordered arrived on time and in good condition. However when we put it together we realized we should have ordered a taller pole. When we contacted the company to ask if it would be possible to order an extra section both the people we spoke to were very helpful and efficient. The extra section arrived promptly. We will definately use them again

An experience well recommended. Beth was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and Lydia in the Art Department did herself very proud. Two very happy grandparents with their personalised “Nanny & Grandad” deck chairs. Thank so so much to all involved A* service. Highly recommended :)

Unbelievably helpful staff! Despite being in lockdown every query was responded to promptly, the order was processed super quick with the proofs being sent across for approval within a day, and then the bunting arrived a week later. Simply incredible service and the bunting is fabulous as well.
