Having worked with One Stop Promotions across two different clubs over 8 years I have always found customer service to be of the highest level.
Often given short lead times, the desire shown to provide the best products for the best price, on time, is first class.

I have worked with One Stop Promotions for around 5 years at two Football Clubs (Leeds United & Hull City) on various projects in The Football League, Premier League and cup competitions - they have never let me down.
Whilst at Hull City we won various Stadium Experience Awards as well as being voted the best away ground in the Premier League and Sarah Ash at One Stop Promotion played a part in that. From T-Shirts for t-shirt guns to flags, scarfs, clap banners and more, Sarah and her team have helped create some of the most memorable moments of my career. Their advice and execution has been superb.

Brilliant Bunting!
Excellent product and service. I had weatherproof synthetic paper bunting and was very impressed with the finish and it is very strong and tear proof. Very easy to deal with and I was able to get exactly what I wanted with custom artwork and double sided printing. Would highly recommend them

Fantastic company to deal with. The price was excellent and product was high quality. This was my first purchase from them and it was only a small order of two directors chairs with a printed logo. The staff were very professional, helpful and also very friendly. The order was shipped fast and well packaged. It was nice to see really good customer service. My emails were replied to straight away. They contacted me and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt that my small £115.00 order was just as important to them as their much bigger orders. 10/10 ⭐️
