Our apologies for any miscommunications or misunderstandings. We do our very best to fulfill and satisfy our clientele. As per our discussions via telephone and e-Mail, we would always be willing to take back any bags that didn't work for you minus freight costs, no re-stocking fees.
From my recollection, we also sent you a second order about a month following your first.
It is always with much regret when we have customers who aren't satisfied with our service or our product. It is our goal to satisfy anyone doing business with us.

Wonderful to work with. Keeps calm when issues arise and works hard to resolve asap. Would recommend, will hold one ton as advertised, had my mother in law jump in to test out the tensile strength. We threw in some wrenches just to be sure. Easy clean up as well.
