Was amazing and very good rate .x

Very very poor service no reservation when I arrived couldn't contact onhotels as there phone just went to answer phone. Pre paid again so I could get my room, took 30-45mins so missed a meeting. I contacted them the next day had to sort it all out myself. Customer services as very very poor lied said the hotel did have my booking so tuff. I would book with onhotels again even if it was free as there wouldn't be a room when I arrived!!

Everything from booking throgh arrival and during our stay was to our satisfaction. Hotel standard and location was Perfect. Clean room With all required facilities and Perfect service/assistanse providing transport to the airport at Our departure.

Everything went well and the site offered a great price when compared with other sites advertising the same property

Rested for 7 days in April in this hotel. The furniture is certainly dated, but the room we only stayed overnight. Maid service every day. Towels changed, toiletries enclose. The hotel is conveniently located. To the sea 5 minutes to the Ceylon 12 minutes. Nearby there are supermarkets. The Breakfast is quite good - watermelon, pineapple, eggs, noodles, rice, steamed vegetables. Do not stay hungry. Overall the hotel left a bad impression.

I compared Web sites and Onhotels had a great deal

I had a room on the ground floor, and every morning was woken by staff wheeling trolleys past over a cobbled strip.
Breakfast was poor with nothing hot available only coffee which you ordered and was made for you.
breakfast was made worse by making breakfast room out of use and serving breakfast upstairs which lead to even worse service, and limited selection of what was available for breakfast.
would not stay here again

I have only used onhotels once, but I have to say they were great. I got my hol up to €350 cheaper than from other operators. I contacted customer service before I travelled and they replied promptly. I was a bit nervous using a different company to my usual one - but I needn't have worried. I actually contacted the hotel just to make sure I was booked in as I was travelling on my own and yes, I was definitely booked :-). Great hol thanks a mil onhotels. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service from the company and quickly replied to a query I had. Currently in Thailand in accommodation booked through them. Looked to book again for a future trip but they're not taking any bookings presently. This is confirmed on their Facebook page. Hope they haven't stopped trading as they offered great competitive rates.

Would recommend this site to all my friends and family. Had a great experience of our holiday in Verona last year booked with Onhotels. It was one of their recommended hotels and totally lived up to their description and rating.

Perfect - best price

I'd never heard of this website but they managed to get me a brilliant deal on a hotel that was coming up far more expensive on all other sites.

I booked Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas at an exception rate. Sadly I was unable to go. Paola Putzolu helped me cancel at the last minute, despite having to deal with the time difference between the UK and Los Angeles. I will be booking with the company again in the future.

I booked a 3 night stay at an Adina Apartment Hotel in Berlin through OnHotels. The price was a lot cheaper compared with booking direct with the hotel and it was also a lot cheaper compared with booking it through other hotel comparison websites. The price included breakfast which normally would have cost approx 15 EURO per person a day, so it was a great bargain!

We received the vouchers and itinerary for the hotel as soon as we made payment and I contacted the hotel who confirmed my reservation straight away.

Everything went smoothly, the hotel was perfect and I would definitely recommend using Onhotels for great service and a great price! I look forward to booking my next trip through this website.

Best hotel site ever, easy to use and lowest prices.

ROOM was good but its location on 6th floor without lift was not ok. Hotel location and service is good. NO American style breakfast.
