Highly recommended Company

The new Company is doing an excellent work, I really recommend these guys because they are delivering me what the previous Company never dispatched me, also they replied with kindness to all my questions giving me a great support! You can trust them and buy with confidence!!!

Oniri is back and better than ever

Since the new Oniri company took over the business, they were quick to improve an area in which the old company did lack so much, which is communication. A new plan was laid out quick, communicated, and they delivered. I had 2 pre-orders done, thought I lost the statues, and they are now delivered and looking amazing in my showroom.

I really appreciate the new Oniri's team constant support and patience. They have done something remarkable, not only for me, but for the rest of clients waiting for their statues. They have my trust again and can't wait to see what is to come in the near future.

I thought I had wasted €500.

After spending more than €500 on a statue, not hearing anything about it for almost four years was definitely not a good experience. On top of that, the news that the company had gone bankrupt really made me think I had thrown my money away. Luckily, the statue eventually arrived, but the overall experience was terrible — I’m sorry.

You initially purchased this statue from a different legal entity that went bankrupt. Ouros Créations, which took over the brand and assets, had no obligation to fulfill past orders — yet we chose to honor them entirely at our own expense, including yours.

What’s most disappointing is that you received your statue free of charge (shipped 19/11/2024) , and still chose to damage the reputation of the company that saved your investment. That feels deeply unfair and, frankly, not cool.

We’ve worked hard to rebuild trust and deliver what the previous company could not — we hope future reviews will reflect that effort more honestly.

Total Scammers. Been waiting for my Gon vs Hizoka statue since 2020. Every time I contact them no reply. Thieves !!!!!

The former Oniri Creations company went bankrupt last year. We are a new company that acquired its assets through the court.

Since then, we have delivered several statues to former customers without requesting any additional payment, except for shipping costs (which were due anyway, with the exception of France and Belgium).

POSSIBLE FRAUD ❌❌❌

ATTENTION: POSSIBLE FRAUD ❌❌❌. I have been asking Oniri creations for a refund for 2 months and they only say "we will do it shortly."
After reading several negative comments:

It seems that this company has stopped making updates and users' money and statues are compromised.
I am going to take legal action against the company to claim my money, I recommend users do the same and prevent the damage from being greater.

the absolutely worst company ever.dont…

the absolutely worst company ever.dont purchase from them.

i bought 2 very expensive berserk figures close to 3 years ago. oniri has not even sent a single email about the delay in these 3 years. they have ignored avery message i have sent and their bs notice tab on their website is never even updated. i spent close to £700. this is the worst, absolutely worst company. they have no shame and they are disgusting people. i dont think i will ever receive my figure or anyone else with the same problems.

Going on almost 4 years and still no…

Going on almost 4 years and still no statue. I had pre-ordered the Guts & Zodd Berserk statue back in early 2019. 3 and a half years later with tons of excuses and false promises from Oniri, I'm still waiting on my statue to ship. They also surprised me with last minute astronomical shipping charges that cost the same amount of money as the statue itself. Oniri staff does respond to emails within a day or two, but their responses are always extremely short and vague leaving much to be desired. I just can't wait for my statue to arrive so I can finally wipe my hands clean of this company for good. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything through this company unless you're ready to commit to years of waiting. I could have raised a small child in the time it takes them to ship a statue.

Ordered in 2019, no product received even in 2021

Preordered the Levi figure in July 2019, paid in full 490€ excluding shipping. Delivery was due Aug 2020.

Due to the covid19 pandemic in 2020, delivery was delayed but there was no notice from Oniri Creations. They finally updated their Instagram in Feb 2021 (6 months after the original delivery date) that the Levi figures were stuck in China, but promised delivery by 2021 Q2.

2021 Q2 came and went, again with no update from Oniri. I had to reach out again to them in July 2021, only to receive a vague response of "delivery in summer". Throughout all this, the company kept taking new orders for new figures even though they had yet to deliver the orders made 2 years ago.

I requested for a refund, and was charged a cancellation fee of 10% despite the fact that the company did not deliver within a reasonable time period. I felt that as a customer, I had been more than reasonable by waiting until the product was a year late before asking for a refund.

Refund was made using paypal, which meant I was charged paypal fees as well. The only positive thing I have to say is that the company refunded me promptly.

Customer Service Level - Outstanding and beyond

Oniri Creations are a newish competitor on the resin statue scene. They've acquired a few licenses to make resin statues including, but not limited to Death Note, Naruto, Bleach, Attack on Titan and Full Metal Alchemist.

As any resin collector will know, this hobby is very expensive and we've had our fair share of dealing with customer service issues with other companies when defects are found.

Oniri Creations being new, I went into this a bit blind, not knowing anything about them, the quality of the finished product or their customer service.
What I can now say is that they are a breath of fresh air and a leading example of how quality and customer service should be handled.
I was one of the few unfortunate people to experience a defect with my resin statue, but Oniri Creations customer service were on the ball and responded very quickly, reassured me and promised to fix the problem. They even gave me the choice of a full refund, a partial refund or to replace the defective part.
Their patience and how helpful they are was great. I will definitely be a returning customer in future.
