As everyone else seems to say (and I wish I’d checked reviews before ordering) this company are poor: purchased an item via Amazon and it was delivered in a poor state (could have been damaged in transit but looked like it had been opened prior and badly re-packaged. Contents damaged. Item huge and contrary to Amazon policy they expect you to pay to return it yourself. Brushed off on initial contact then ghosted since. How they are still trading is beyond me… very poor, avoid like the plague
Refused refund or to resend until dhl refunded them for lost delivery
Poor company do not use them my order was missed and lost by the dhl. They then made me wait nearly 2 months for the refund because they where waiting to recive it from dhl. Poor service iv told them be do better! and be better for there customers but apparently they have made it clear if you order something online make sure your in because if not and anything happens it's nothing to do with them.. didn't even offer to resend the package... very poor buissnesd

Absolute disgrace of a company. Rude unhelpful staff. I purchased an item that was faulty. I contacted the company within the 30 day cooling off period to request a return and refund. A month later and I still have no refund. They are now calling me a liar! Telling me I haven’t returned some of the parts. Why on earth would I want to keep them? Disgusting! Trading standards are being contacted under consumer rights act. STAY AWAY!!!

Great products at affordable prices. We have always bought from Vic and he never fails to find us what we want. Don't be put off by old reviews that don't relate to him. Can 100% recommend this company.
Avoid.. poor service at onset and poor customer service
Delivered the wrong color item. Collected the wrong item 10 days later. It's now two weeks and yet to deliver the correct color chest of drawers. (They use a poor quality delivery service XDP -birds of the same feather flock together ) Insult your intelligence by telling you that each time you that email them, you go to the back of the Amazon queue. I've been with Amazon 25 years. Everybody knows (and Amazon confirmed) that's a lie.

I trusted eBay that business like this can't operate on the platform. I was wrong. They successfully delivered only part of my bedroom furniture set. They don't care about delivery the missing wardrobe. They're doing everything they can not to deliver it. Terrible business, terrible customer service!

Bought a bed, came totally damaged. They saying I must return at my cost. Then they said I may have damaged the bed,thereby accusing me of criminal damage. They refused to refund or exchange except I post it back myself. Still waiting for amazon to conclude on this. I would not touch this company with a bargepole. Totally useless company with flimsy furniture. Been on the issue since 11/11/23 and today 24/11/23, still on the issue. I wish I never came across them on Amazon.

Wish I had read these reviews, as in the middle of a dispute with this company atm, ordered wardrobes which they said were delivered yesterday to a house with a red door, but apparently no one had signed for it, I told them my door is grey and was asked to send a photo, which I did, then I was told it hadn't been delivered after all, and would be delivered today by 8p.m. obviously still waiting, but in the meantime the status is showing not dispatched yet, but their telling me its out for delivery, I've now been onto amazon, who have been very helpful and said I WILL get my money back, and they have tried to cancel my order, according to amazon its status is still showing not dispatched, so I'm hoping online 4 discount don't start lying about it being delivered. When it hasn't, and I hope after all these complaints they drop this company and report them.

We had been messed around on amazon by the usual middlemen and chancers and had given up hope of finding a decent company that can deliver on promises. But this place has been a breath of fresh air. We got emails from an actual person detailing delivery expectations and then confirmation of a date and then a 1hr time slot confirmed the day before! Absolutely spot on. Really good job ladies n gents

This it totally the worst experience ever. I've ordered a bed on amazon from this sellers, they listed the bed as a double and when it arrived, it was a small double. I checked the listing because I wanted to be sure I didn't make a mistake on buying a small instead of a double and no, no mistake from my end, the bed listed was a double and the sizes specified were of a standard double bed so, wrong item was sent. I contacted the seller that at first told me I bought a small, but when I sent then the sizes stated on the listing they agreed to send me a prepaid return label. This was on June 14th. The bed was collected from the courier on the 15th and since then nothing. I have no bed no money seller keep telling me that the refund will be sent once the bed has been returned but in fact I already did. Amazon didn't help so far, I'll have to open an a-z claim hoping amazon will refund me but for that, I'll have to wait at least another week while they investigate, so it will be over a month that I paid for something and I don't have either the item or the money. I don't know how they are still in business. Avoid avoid avoid
UPDATE since I wrote the first review, the seller agreed about the return, sent prepaid label, but courier chosen is unreliable, I sent it back on the 15th and still waiting for the refund, tracking code has never been updated (it shows that the bed still needs to be collected when in fact it was ), asked to the courier proof of collection which I then sent to the seller but he is still refusing to refund. Yesterday courier confirmed that the parcel arrived at the delivery depot, no refund. I had to open an a-z claim to see my money back. Waiting decision from amazon. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS SELLER

Wrong goods sent from Online4discounts via Amazon. Followed return instructions via Amazon website and Online4discounts demanded that wrong goods must be returned by tracked post and if their error postage would be refunded. I received a refund for the wrong goods however following further communication they refuse to pay postage refund. I was then £27.96 out of pocket for their error. I contacted Amazon who are dealing with this issue on my behalf. I would not recommend dealing with this company. They will not even answer their phone and use Covid restrictions as an excuse

I ordered a bed from amazon that got damaged in transit, courier tried to deliver half the bed which I obviously refused! Online4discounts told me they couldn't send out a replacement or refund until they got the bed back even though tracking from their own courier showed it was never delivered. I took their word I would get a refund and ordered another bed which again was not delivered and tracking showed it was also damaged and being sent back! Company will not refund me even though they have screenshot showing I have not received the bed! I am currently having to get my refund from amazon because the company will not give me it for some reason! Do yourself a favour and save yourself the grief and order elsewhere!

Sean (alleged manager) has the most distasteful communication skills I have ever experienced. He was more concerned in telling me about his wife working with covid patients than actually dealing with my issue!
I was offered to take full responsibility of damaged goods and given the option to pay for replacements parts as apparently his company is not a "bottomless pit!"
Ordered a chest of drawers 20 days ago and today after many emails back and forth, I was accussed of damaging the goods the myself!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I was expecting a sideboard. When it didn’t turn up I tracked it on the carriers website. It said it was delivered the previous day. Because they have proof of delivery(someone writing my first name very badly) they say it’s been delivered. Most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. I am now going to get police involved as don’t trust them one bit. Especially after reading these reviews. Will also take it to newspaper if I need to.

Absolutely awful! Ordered a shoe cabinet that when put together fell to pieces, When we told them about this they tried to say it was our fault and that we had assembled wrong, and that they had never had issues.. after endless photos were sent to them they sent spare parts, still faulty! Bowed wood and drawers continue to fall out. Asked for a full refund and To be told we need to buy a box to send THEIR faulty products back have had to take this up directly with Amazon. Also have a friend who had the same issue with the same unit who didn’t receive a refund. Awful customer service, rude and patronising! Stick to the high street shops.
