I needed a Connect Slow Closing Toilet Seat, after months of trying to source one. Online had one in stock, and SAM arranged for it to be despatched despatched immediately. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged but a replacement was organised by SAM straightaway and it came without problems. It is fitted and working.

I purchased a sink with cabinet full shower tray and glass surround with shower mixer valve and shower head . I gave the staff my bathroom measurements and they worked out the tiles and ashesive I would need they also supplied grout.The service was second to none I would recommend this company to anyone five star service.

Good quality products but could sort out advice and delivery ordered a shower tray wanted to know where waste was as it wasnt shown on diagram asked when ordering i was assured twice once by their lady taking the order and once by their warehouse that the waste was at end top corner of the rectangle tray which was perfect for my plumbing,i was also emailed to say my order would be delivered on the 4th january but got a phone call saying it would be 7th january, so i called to check which and was told the 7th so i went work on the 4th came home early then driver called said he on his way. good job as the only person at home was a lady of 72.she could not have checked order as goods were so heavy,and on a pallet,with no help from the driver,dont they do anything now,just waited to sign ticket,i checked as best i could and guess whattray with waste in middle front,so i had to have all new plumbing to a different part of my house instead of the original area .so please a little more help and get a helpful delivery company

When I placed a large (well over £1,000) order with this company they were friendly and helpful. They then informed me that one of my items was discontinued and offered me a refund. I had to source the item elsewhere, incurring extra delivery costs. It took a few weeks of chasing to secure the refund and, despite requests, no confirming email was sent to me. When I checked my credit card statement I saw that the refund had been reduced by about 6%. Their explanation when I rang them was that because I'd been given a discount for my large order I 'hadn't paid in full' for the item. I emailed the manager pointing out that the item in question was unlikely to have affected the discount and I had incurred extra costs sourcing it elsewhere, so would appreciate a full refund. After a week he still hasn't bothered to reply. Verdict: poor communication and lousy customer service.

After another supplier let me down, I came to Online Bathrooms for a quick turnaround delivery. I spoke to Sam and she was really helpful, quickly checking the stock of the items I needed and arranging with the warehouse for a speedy delivery. She called me back personally once she'd confirmed Online Bathrooms could fulfil the order and really helped me out. I'd definitely use Online Bathrooms again. Thanks Sam!

I think the sink, bath and toilet are good value for money especially as you get the mixer taps included in the price. I had concerns over the toilet as it is smaller than the one I took out but I had no need to panic as the toilet has a very powerful flush. I had a problem fitting the taps as the flexi hoses supplied leaked.!!!
This was a nightmare and I had to source new flexi hoses from wickes which were fit for purpose costing me £30 - £40.
All in all I am satisfied and believe the bath suite is good quality and looks quite expensive when all fitted nicely. I would buy again from these but check the hoses don't leak. ggggrrrrr.

When time is of the essence a company offering fast delivery when I ordered was key.
With excellent customer service and delivery timescales I was not disappointed with Online Bathrooms and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
