The staff I spoke to to arrange my deliveries were brilliant, very helpful to book on my available days. Delivery drivers were also extremely helpful unloading into my Garage.
The products I have used before and very pleased with my selection on this occasion, once installed I am over the moon with the finished en-suite.

Was very impressed by the products, price and delivery. the bath filler taps I ordered were out of stock and got them replaced by another (more expensive) set for the same price. Delighted with the units, sink and toilet. all installed and functioning well!

I purchased 2 Easy Living Cara bath headrest's for them as my mother had unfortunately developed cancer and found the new bath I installed for her uncomfortable / painful due to her treatments. They listed a curved and straight one and listed the curved one as "pictured" which is what I ordered.

When I received the items they weren't the ones pictured and when I looked on there site they had then swapped the picture. On top of this it was meant to be free delivery yet I was charged £9.50. I gave them nearly a weekbut got no reply from my e-mail so I then rang them up and spoke to a very un-interested [Name] who informed me they don't have or will ever have the other type (even though a month later it is still listed for sale.

I was then offered a refund but I would have to pay return postage despite it being 100% there fault and despite more e-mails I still hadn't received a refund and like others have said each time I rang the manager was conveniently busy. After about a month or so later I finally received my refund but despite being promised a manager would contact me so I could make a complaint I've still not heard from them. Despite receiving my refund I'm still considering going to Trading Standards as this company should be put out of business!

after being quoted an arm and a leg by a large store to fit a new bathroom we decided to do the job ourselves. We order from on-line bathrooms which was easy to do, within 24 hours we had a call to say our bathroom suite was being packed and would be on its way within days. the bathroom arrived as detailed and on time, it was well wrapped and packed with no damage. Now its all fitted it looks great, excellent quality and great prices. would use on-line bathrooms again, would and have recommend to others thinking of DIY.

Sorry but,yes the product was okay i suppose cant moan about that , but thats about it.. i did get a letter saying i had to check the contents thoroughly or no returns would be excepted ... was also told in a courtesy phone call that the "chaps will bring it to your door" ..well dont believe it!! ..
In the delivery phone call prior to the delivery i told the nice lady on the phone that my wife would be on her own and wouldnt be able to help lift anything but i could get some help if needed... that wont be a problem "the chaps will bring it to your door" ... well forget it ...the delivery was left in the middle of the road by a completely rude driver..(not even left on my drive) it was wrapped in selophane , the delivery note was nowhere to be seen and the driver you guessed it ...dropped it and drove off... how was i supposed to check anything !!!!

Nice bathroom suite, reasonable price.Check the taps are suitable for the pressure of your water system. The ones with the suite are not suitable for low pressure as the hot water comes out very slowly,will have to replace. You have to unpack all the items before signing for them to check for damage,this took myself, son and the delivery driver at least 20 minutes(who was eager to get on his way)
