Overall Good value let down by the detail

Ordered a bathroom suite inc taps, bath panel, shower screen, towel radiator. Delivered on the day promised at 0900hrs so a good start. Goods all threre and in good condition. When bathroom fitter tried to fit bath panel he found it so flimsy it would not stand up on its own so a different one had to be sourced adding to the total cost of the project.
The only other minus was the really rubbish cheap plastic toilet seat. Other companies were offering a soft close lid for only marginally more overall cost. So felt a bit let down by the quality provided there.
Otherwise not a bad price for all the items I purchased

Trouble free ordering.

I got a complete suite and Sam who works there was very helpful with my order, everything turned up on time and even got a call saying what time it would be delivered.
Very happy with the quality of the products & service.

BATH WITHOUT THE BREEZE

i found the delivery and the bath to my satisfaction except for two missing feet which should have been in the delivery order but the plumber managed to bore holes in my old baths feet and we managed to fit it onto the new one.but all in all happy enough with the bath,which i havnt used yet as i havnt got round to wiring it up.will tell you once its up and going.regards

Poor and unreliable service

I ordered a bathroom suite which went smoothly but I was not given a delivery date which I called to arrange and was told I needed to pay £5 if I wanted the suite to be delivered before12noon on a specific date and I gave the person I was speaking to my bank details to pay for the delivery charge which she processed. The bank details used were the same as the bank details I used to pay for the bathroom suite. I went and waited for the delivery which did not arrive, when I called online bathroom I was told the delivery was not coming because they could not take the £5 and that they called and left a message on my phone which I obviously did not get. They had my email address why did they not relay the message or why did they not deliver on the same day whatever time? I cancelled the order and 9 days later I still haven't received my refund. I have called on 3 occassions and the first time I was told the refund was processed on a Saturday and I should get it in the next few days, few days passed, nothing, I called back and was told they will look into it and call me back, no phone call came, I called back and I was told the refund was employed on a Friday which is a different date from the day I was told when I called initially. I was told to speak to my bank. My bank is telling me there is no refund showing from their end. Will I recommend anyone NO because they have proven to be unreliable.

You placed your order on our website on 05/06/12 and you contacted us to upgrade the delivery to AM which is a £5.00 surcharge – Unfortunately your card payment was unsuccessful and came back as Declined by your bank, We tried to contact you on the same day and was unable to get hold of you so we did email you to inform you the payment was unsuccessful,

You cancelled the order with us on 10/07/12 and we arranged the refund the same day and again an email was sent to inform you of this

Everything was made clear in the emails sent to you

Very helpful service would recommend

The only fault I have is that when I first phoned to ask if I could have a soft close toilet seat I was told no, but I phoned back the next day and a very helpful gentleman said he would alter the system so I could select one with my order for an extra £25.00. The person I dealt most with was Kelly who was really helpful. The whole process from start to finish inc delivery was really good.

Good value, bad for required delivery

Shopping expereince was good. BUT we specifically asked the representative on the phone for the items to be delivered on a specific date as we were to be away on holiday. This appears to have been ignored and the items were delivered whilst we were away. Fortunately our daughter was at home when the items were delivered and she was able to stop the delivery man leaving the items in the street in front of our house, and get him to bring them inside.

Delivered a bathroom

Quality was ok. Bath needed pilot holes drilled due to being too tough for the supplied screws.
Toilet again was ok, but normal waste pipe fitments were a very tight fit.

Sink unit was great as well.

Disappointed no fixing kit for toilet or sink was provided.

Bath tap was actually bent, but didn't notice until it was fitted. Nozzle of tap was bent in and twisted, you only notice if you know to look for it, but was miffed at finding this when it was fitted.

I had a lots of questions to ask the customer relations team, they appeared to understand my questions
even though I was not using technical terms.
They were very helpful and friendly and made the whole
process very easy.

I ordered a vanity unit and toilet for a downstairs cloakroom. The price, quality and service were all good from onlinebathrooms. I would definately recommend them.

Easy, hassle free order

Online Bathrooms had an easy to navigate website, lovely showroom and friendly delivery staff. My only issue was no delivery for weekends but the estimated time of delivery was spot on.

Excellent value for money & service

A good quality bathroom suite which includes the taps !!! That may be a suprising comment, but many I looked at were minus taps and these bumped up the price of the whole suite by another £50 plus to purchase them seperately. Extremely pleased with the bathroom suite and the service offered. I ordered this Sunday and it was delivered by Tuesday - wow. The only niggle I would have is the pallet company making the delivery - initiative please drivers - would only deliver to kerb side and quite happy to watch my elderly inlaws struggle to unpack and carry heavy items to the security of the back garden whilst he sat drinking tea in the conservatory - had I known it was kerbside delivery then I wouldn't have had it delivered to the inlaws - but if you are quite able to take delivery and move the items yourself then this I would most definately recommend and would use again.

DO NOT TRUST DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR GOODS

I placed an order for 4 items 25/01/2012 I only received 3 items and was told I would get the 4th item end of February. When I phoned in March I was told the item was not on order and a manager would phone me no one did as normal. I emailed requesting that they place the order for the item and have it delivered ASAP. There answer was to refund some funds for the 4th item only.

Customer service is a joke the company is a joke, there service is a joke. They just take your money for goods they don’t have bank it until you complain. If someone places an order and pays for it a contract is made. You cannot then just pick and chose the bits you like from the contract and discard the rest and say go away and hears some money back that's what we are going do.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All seems well when on the phone when ordering my bathroom, agreed to credit my card with half of delivery charge because spent so much, rang 3 times over 2 week period and no sign of money yet. Also sink taps came wrong, when right one's came no rubbers in hoses. This story does have a happy ending though they sent me 3 shower head and rail sets which i've now sold 2.I then got my money back for delivery and took me and my family to our favourite place for sunday lunch. My advise would be use your local plumbers merchants
