I'm very pleased with the OBS experience, the tutors have been very supportive throughout the progression of my Accounting & Finance course. When in doubt I was able to hop on quick calls with a tutor only a day after submitting a request for support. They have made the online learning experience very pleasant and I would highly recommend it.

Mike presentation was clear and understandable. I enjoyed it. I only suggest maybe the OBS should add to the induction, popular questions asked or they think people should ask and give a reply.

Online Business School offers a state of the art customer experience and Roxy, our customer service representative, is always very supportive and responsive. They offer a broad range of Bachelor programs as well as some business related A Levels.

The experience has been excellent. The support given is always on time.
I recommend  many Zambians  as well as outside Zambia to do these courses.

I’m really glad i was able to complete level 4 and 5 in health and social care.

This class was very helpful, I understand the assignment structure a bit better now. He was very clear and answered all my questions.

I had a wonderful experience at the induction with Mike. His explanation of the entire process of studying with OBS was clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend those willing to study with OBS should attend the induction.

He is very nice and knowledgeble. He gave me useful advice for the assignment.

So far, the OBS support staff are very helpful and response for questions promptly.
