Today good wether in Abu Dhabi

I am so sorry to leave this experience, but I should have done my research and should have not done this job with the PCH Custom Audio, Wilmington. They treated me well, but installation was a mess, I had my own stereo set and backup camera I took it to them for installation. First they quote me $160 total including the harness, but at the end of the day, Not the guy who quoted me, the other guy charged me for the harness and he said either I pay for Taxes for the Harness or Installation? I didn't know you have to pay taxes for cutting my wires!! Either way, after the installation my break lights came and reverse lights didn't work ( I thought it was the lights gone bad) so I went to AutoZone and the guy checked everything including the bulbs and my reverse lights and said it wasn't installed correctly. So today after week I went to PCH Custom Audio and they said the guy who installed it NOT AT FAULT. Hey I looked at the YouTube and it shows that you need to install an attachment to the reverse lights so that where ever you splice the back harness to install the camera needs a connection to your back reverse lights. The guy who wanted taxes for the installation service came out and said bring the guy who said it's been installed wrong.... 😂 WOW Now I have to hunt down the AUTOZONE employee and bring him to PCH Custom Audio... 😆 What a joke. The guy behind the counter, with a walking stick, who quoted me was a real nice dude, but NOT HIS BUDDY. Well all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Lesson learned, As I was about to bring my other car for stereo installation,,,NOT A CHANCE.

Ordered a head unit for my son who is 17, Senior in high school, straights A's, Captain of his wrestling team. Just a good kid. I'm very blessed. I ordered a head unit on 12-3-25 from Online Car Stereo. I called them on 12-10-25 wondering why my CC was charged right away in 12-3-25 but I have no tracking number. So they told me this was a special order item it will take 10 days. I thought ok. It's Dec 10th we should be good. They also said they were contacting the company they get them from and would update me. That never happened. I called them to sit on hold throughout the next 2 weeks. Today is 12-23-25. I still have nothing, no response from them. I have asked them for a full refund today as I will have to go purchase something locally. I would save yourself the trouble and just order through Amazon. I found this same unit cheaper and I promise you it would of showed up. Who charges you money for an item they don't even have? They should of waited until they had the item before they charged my CC. Total scam and not worth the extra money they charge. They basically take your money and order from somewhere else then send it to you. I don't think they even have a warehouse they send items from. Please don't let them ruin your Christmas as they have mine. Do more research and find the item through anyone else. At this point I would of rather bought from a one star eBay seller. Seriously they suck , and now reading these reviews I see I'm not the only one.

Wrong description on the website. Returned the product and still won’t give me a refund. Had to escalate to PayPal.

Received the car stereo quickly & in great condition. They had the best pricing on this model that I could find. Unfortunately this particular stereo was defective: & bought a 2nd one.
I bought this 2nd one because the first stereo the FM radio would not work at all & was defective.I even could not changed the station. I also misplaced my receipt. But I don't think I can return it. As I was removing the stereo out of dash; the stereo slid out of metal sleeve, bounced off seat & fell on ground. Just my bad luck. Just looks like minor ding, but fm broke. I really couldn't afford another new one, but I had no stereo in my dash after installing new harness. Thankfully Online Car Stereo had affirm so I could spread my payments out. I would love to have some credit from 1st stereo, But do not know if I can. Either way great company to deal with.
