"Non-refundable Shipping" scam
Purchased and returned a set of subwoofers from this mediocre company. Paid for return shipping and was charged 25% for "Non-refundable Shipping" despite free shipping during purchase and paying out of pocket for return. These guys are scammers who do not deserve your business. Additionally had to call multiple times for refund status (3+ weeks) to get refund. Nick, Maria Fatima, Manny and John Benedict Rivera are extremely useless. Also, not sure how they are getting around not charging taxes despite their location on California. Buyer beware.

Found this site looking for Marine Audio on Black Friday. I knew what equipment I wanted and they had some great specials including free shipping back to Ohio. I’ve been recommending them to my friends since. I had one back order item but otherwise everything arrived as promised and they provided the tracking info. If I needed more equipment I’d use them again.

Product is great but it was wrong one and did not fit, called and they said I installed wrong...lol. square peg in round hole, so now waiting to return and have to pay shipping now even though want my fault. This thing weighs about 80lbs or more. Hope they make it right
