Car stereo was defective.
Talked with John.tried 2 find another make.
Viewed 10 different makes. All out of stock.John Made promise & didnt keep it. Finaly talked with Nick. He promised full refund and an email confirming full refund
Never got it. Appearsl to me, promises are false. You donot have a unit with all of my needs.

Third time I've told this
Third time I've told this. I received two power bass 8 inch dual voice coil subs. One was damaged when I received it. Sent both back. Their tech guy said I damaged the sub. Not so. I never used it. It didn't work. Sent both subs back to onlinecarstereo. They also said I sent a different sub back too. Said serial number didn't match what they sent me. ( Not my fault) I sent back what was sent to me originally. So......they would not refund or replace the subs. So I paid to get the same two back. Onlinecarstereo blamed me for the damage and wrong serial number. .....if they can live with it. I can live without it. So I lost about two hundred bucks......when I received the two subs back I disassembled the bad speaker. The problem was the voice coil wire was broke. The wire is about .015 thick. I'm not sure how it was broken. But not by me. I never used it. So onlinecarstereo is wrong. None of the issues with either sub was my doing. So that's why I give one star. Should be no star. Again..... didn't appreciate being blamed for the whole issue when I'm innocent. Stephen Roberson. From north Carolina 27889
