I sent back a part on 9-6-24. As of today 9-19-24, I have heard nothing from the company. I have emailed them 3 times and texted the warehouse mgr. There has been no response. They sent me an email that the part was received and that it was new. But still no response back to me when I am getting my refund. So if you have to return something you might want to be concerned.

I order a pair of jl audio subwoofer grills. They didn't fit my sub. So they sent me a "discounted shipping tag" to send them back. Which is outrageous. Ive been buy electronics online for twenty years and this is the first for me. Bu ow well. What a couple bucks. Nope! It cost me $23 to send 2 pounds. The grills were only 35. I should have sold them on my own. Customer service is garbage. They dont care about you. Just their money. I will never shop at online car stereo again. P.s i tried writing a review for the grills but they won't post it. Garbage site. Go somewhere else

Another expensive used jl audio sub woofer
Well it was a good price on jl audio 12 slim fit sub woofer. This sub woofer worked fine but it was definitely used this is second woofer I ordered on line and has been used first one was from creative audio it was blown too. Sent it back and got a credit then ordered this one. I have pictures of scratches on back of speaker.

I was buying a radio for my motorhome…
I was buying a radio for my motorhome and everything I ordered was on backorder from Kenwood. I was helped by Pete the warehouse mgr. He was fantastic. After 2 or 3 orders we finally found a radio that would fit and that was in stock. Pete was so helpful. Keeping me in the loop and updated me at every turn. There price is very competitive, but the customer service is over the top.
