I had a great experience with OnlineCarStereo. They shipped my subwoofer (Pioneer TS-W3020PRO) quickly with little cost. I also got a great deal on the sub. The MSRP is about $400, I was able to get it down to about $270 using a code. Packaging was sufficient to protect the product as well.

Haven’t received sub after 6 weeks
The reason for the 2 stars is that I ordered the JL Audio stealth box on June 8th and today is July 22nd & I have not seen my sub yet. I know this item ships from the manufacturer so this is out of your control, but at the same time the week before last I was told that I would have it last week. So at the end of last week I called customer service and they said that they would check it out and get back to me. I haven’t heard a thing from anyone. Although it ships from the manufacturer, I bought it through you so I would like to try to find out when I could get my speaker because I found other companies online that have the speaker in stock. I would like to stay the course with your company if somebody could tell me when I could get my speaker.

It is now August 5th and I received an email today from OnlineCarStereo.com and I was told that my sub had finally shipped. Once Ms. Maria got involved with my case I started to get updates on what was going on. So I would like to thank Ms. Maria for her great customer service skills and getting me the answers I was looking for and the updates that I deserved. I would also like to amend my rating to 4 Stars and I would have rated 5 Stars if it wouldn’t have taken 2 months to receive my sub. I haven’t received it yet but I do have shipping confirmation that it has been shipped. Thanks again to Ms. Maria for your help!!
