Found what I wanted easily. Item was received in few days, quicker than expected.

I ordered the wrong size, when received spoke to the Customer service department and they advised me to re-order the correct one for speed and return the original. Very clear and easy transaction.

Ordering costume was good, delivery was excellent, unfortunately I think I had a dud costume, as within 5 minutes of putting the costume on, the back had split. I wouldn't of minded if I'd been wearing the small, but they only had medium ones so I went for that one and had bags of room. i think mine was a one off though, as my husband had the same costume in large and we had to squeeze it round his belly and it didn't split!!!

Fast & efficient service

Could not belive how quickly they dispatched the item... I ordered it on Friday at 1330, paid for standard delivery (1-5 working days) and received it on Saturday morning!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company as the speed and efficiency of service was excellent. The quality of the Christmas Tree Fairy costume was good and the price was competitive too.

The item is of a good quality it arrived ahead of schedule. We have not used the item yet as it is an Xmas gift but it is as described and am hopeful the present will make my son happy.

well what can I say.. I found out on Tueesday my son had super heroes day for children in need, ordered 10 o clock at nite on tuesday n had it by 7.30am thursday morning!! Very quick will defiantly be using again

Unfortunately my one and only experience of the online joke shop was not a good one. I ordered a costume for my daughter for her charity event at college and paid for next day delivery not only did the item not arrive when it was supposed to it failed to arrive the day after as well. When I queried CityLink they said it had not been picked up as the request had come too late and when I contacted the online joke shop they said it had been picked up and had obviously been lost by City Link. Not sure which one was correct but neither excuse really mattered as my daughter was really upset not to be able to take part in her event.
