Fast delivery and helpful service
I recieved my order the following day. I had never used face paint before and emailed customer service to ask if they could advise. Chris kindly sent me the link to the Snazaroo Face Paint website which had a guide for beginners.
The face paint looked great and really made my fancy dress costume.

Ordered one day, received the next, what more could you ask for?
I couldn't beleive it when my parcel turned up the day after I had ordered it. Prices were competitive and outfit looks good quality ( it was a christmas gift so sent away unopened).
Would definately recommend Online Joke Shop for the service.

I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY OF MY ITEM SO THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE ON THE SATURDAY FOR MY EVENT IN STORE. HOWEVER WHEN I TRACKED THE ITEM THE ROYAL MAIL DO NOT DO EXPRESS DELIVERY ITEMS ON A SATURDAY. I RECIEVED THE ITEM ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THE COSTUME IS FINE BUT NOW NOT NEEDY AFTER THE EVENT. I REFUND OF THE DELIVERY CHARGE WOULD BE APPRECIATED

We've just checked the order you placed and you selected the £7.95 next day option on a Friday - this means the goods will be delivered on the Monday.
We offer Saturday delivery for £12.95 which you did not select, also the order is showing it was placed after our 2.30pm Cut-off time for same day despatch, so the order was actually due to leave us on the Monday however we mansged to despatch it the same day for you.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with the Online Joke Shop, but unfortunately the item i ordered wasn't right for me. Their service was excellent and i will shop there again. It was just a shame that i had to return the item, but this had nothing to do with the shop, just a brand that i should have known to avoid!
When i contacted the shop, they were very helpful and completely understood my problem wit the manufacturer.

i was very impressed with the delivery of the item that i orderd for my son, i would say the only down side was the fact that a £1 item had £2 carriage charge, i didnt feel that the item was worth the £3 total price as it was only sent 1st class post

Very impressed with service
I ordered a snowman outfit as my son needed one desperately for his school concert. Having ordered it at about 2pm, it arrived the following day. Service was fantastic, price was competative with other websites and would definately order from online joke shop again. Thank you so much for prompt service.
