I think 3-5 days is to cover themselves but it arrived very promptly and because they let you put a note on the delivery I didn't have to go to the post office to collect. It was exactly as advertised and I'm very very happy!

My 8 year old son informed me of his Roman play at school in just 3 days time! I ordered a Roman outfit (at a very reasonable price) with a sword and e-mailed Chris explaining my plight. Chris responded with an e-mail within half an hour stating that my parcel had been boxed and was ready to send by 3pm that day. The parcel arrive the next day in excellent condition and transformed my son into a Roman soldier. Thanks to Chris and his team for all their help.

I recently purchased a standard size Mr Incredible outfit for an upcoming stag weekend. It arrived very promptly in good condition but suprisingly it was too small! Primarily it was too short for me and I'm 6 foot tall. Due to this I had to return this one incurring postage costs and the only size was extra large. I ordered this one and it was perfect! I'm not an extra large by any means so my tip would be to order the extra large if you're 6 foot tall plus. Excellent costume and service!

Bought a Captain Hook outfit for my young grandson who is mad about Captain Hook and everything to do with pirates. He absolutely loved this outfit, in fact it's difficult to get it off him at all. We're now under permanent attack from friendly pirates! Aaaaargh!!!

I enquired about a 'Gecko costume' mask via email on Wed 29th Feb for my son's 'world book week' costume on Friday 2nd. I explained in my email it was urgent and pleaded for immediate despatch.

I got a response saying that the post had already left for the day and I'd have to book online (URL given); however there was no real customer communication and it was apparent that I desperately wanted it in time for Friday.

I paid high p&p costs (just under £10) and it arrived at 10am on Friday morning which meant another trip up to the school, wasting time, petrol but most importantly not having my son suitably 'in costume' like all the other children.

I felt disappointed by this as the nature of my query was indisputably urgent. It seemed like the online jokeshop had not really put themselves out in any way to respond.

So, it was Tuesday evening and I needed a fancy dress outfit to wear on Friday, which meant I needed it to arrive by Thursday.

I firstly visited a website on the Tuesday evening and placed an order for next day delivery, and was then told on Weds morning that they didn't have it in stock so it wouldn't arrive on time.
By this time, it was WEDNESDAY so I was desperate!

So I found another website, and placed an order, again, for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I was then told AGAIN, that they would have to order it from the main warehouse so it wouldn't be delivered the NEXT DAY. Argh!

At the end of my tether, I came across THIS website (onlinejokeshop), found what I wanted, and placed an order for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. 10 mins after placing the order, I called them up to check that they had it in stock (can you blame me after my previous two experiences?). I can confirm that someone answered the phone and very helpfully went to check it was in stock while I was still on the line. He then came back and said "Yes it's in stock and yes it will be delivered by tomorrow (Thursday!)" Yay! RELIEF!

And I can confirm that it did indeed arrive on Thursday and before 12pm. Lifesavers!
