I bought a constume for my daughter to wear at school for World Book Day. I emailed the company asking when it would be dispatched and they emailed me a reply back almost straight away. It arrived the day after I ordered it & as an added bonus, my daughter was the winner out of her year and received a certificate and prize for 'best costume'. Pleasant transaction, would reccommend.

I had an idea of what I wanted to buy for my 4 year old grandsons birthday but couldn't find what I was looking for until I visited On Line Jokeshop. Perfect ! just the dressing up outfit he had wanted and very good quality. Speedy delivery just ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday with a weekend in between ? Not bad going I think.

Bought 2 doctors gowns for my film shoot, I paid around £40-50 for the two products + delivery. What I got was of TERRIBLE quality. It looked like the gown was cut out from other marital with scissors, the collars were ridged as if they were cut by hand to add to the awful design. I do not recommend buying from them.

When I bought the costume I waited 2 weeks and it was never delivered. I then had go out and buy another costme for a party that was only one day away and spend twice as much money.
When I called the help centre, the man simply told me to send an e-mail to them on the contact us page and two weeks later I still havn't heard anything.

I ordered item at tea time and it came the next morning. New in packet with picture exactly how it looked on picture.

Ordered one day, costume delivered less than 24 hours later. The costume was exactly as stated. I will have no hesitation in using this company again.

My item arrived the next day in good condition.
Unfortunately the costume did not suit me so i have had to return the item, i was pleased that the policy was 30 days and hassle free! I sent an email to the website asking when the item will be refunded and i got a reply a few hours later informing me of the timescale, very prompt and reassuring! I would recommend this website to others as the Customer service was very good! I would use this website again in the future. My item was sent back yesterday and i do feel i will be refunded as promised as the service so far has been as it stated.

I ordered a bear costume for a stag party but realised I had provided the wrong deliver address. I called the company directly and they were very helpful, confirming all changes via email. The costume arrived on time in sturdy packaging. Best of all, the quality of the costume was extremely high, and barely looked used after a day of heavy use. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!
