This company is AWFUL
This company is AWFUL. After a product they sourced (tv mount) completely failed and damaged my TV, I spoke to someone named Alex from this company who claimed to want to help and investigate. Instead, he was unbelievably rude, condescending, gas lit me constantly, and interrupted/spoke over me the entire conversation long. I came away shocked that someone would ever speak to a customer who had such a large issue (which is still being investigated & may lead to a legal case). SHAME!!! Shameful of this business to treat customers like absolute trash, then gas light them by saying they 'want to help'. Complete B.S.
