I recently purchased from Online Lighting and overall, I'm quite pleased with the experience. The service was excellent, and the delivery was impressively fast. The item arrived well-packaged to prevent damage, and the quality of the product was great, meeting my expectations in terms of aesthetics. There were a few minor issues, such as bulbs being a bit tricky to fit and a lack of screw fittings, but these didn't significantly affect my satisfaction. Despite a minor discrepancy in product specifications for another customer, I'd still recommend Onlinelighting for their efficiency and value. Four stars!

I’ve used online lighting a few times over the past couple of years. They’ve always been great,.. light fittings are decent quality and they do actually help if have a problem with delivery etc. unlike many other online stores. Happy days.

Somewhat pricey but the cheaper ones previously used from a different source proved to be false economy.

Great selection as I needed an outdoor light with a corner wall fitting. Prompt delivery and quality product at a reasonable price.

An absolute nightmare trying to get the glass off of the small reading lamp to put the bulb in. Cheap screws have been used so won't last long.
Delivered by FedEx, awful company, no notification received to say it was being delivered so missed it & then couldn't reschedule the delivery. When it was delivered, the box ripped & smashed in & I'm surprised the lamp hasn't been damaged.
Light looks like its wonky on the top shade & noticed a very annoying buzzing sound when the top lamp is dimmed, so we are now forced to having the light at its brightest which is not what I bought it for. As a migraine sufferer, the brightness is a trigger for me & I'd send it back, but the box has already been broken down & thrown away.
Not a great purchase for us unfortunately & at just under £80, a waste of money.

I found the website easy to navigate and the selection on view was amazing there are lights for all occasions.
Ordering was easy and simple. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of information regarding delivery. I thought I would get an e mail when the lights had been despatched so I could make sure someone was at home for delivery plus the carriers name. FedEx was the carrier and they did communicate but not until the nite before delivery. Luckily some one was at home yesterday when they arrived otherwise I would have been chasing a re delivery. Other than that it was a smooth purchase. Please try and communicate delivery it makes it much better for the customer and doesn't mean you have to chase redelivery if your not at home.

Company nice and responsive. Their choice to send items with FedEx a time waster. No effort from the driver to knock the door or anything. Wasted a whole morning waiting. To contact FedEx call them in US - Onlinelighting gave me a uk number which is next to useless. They said that they also send a complain to FedEx itself. Well lets see if they ever get an answer.
Unfortunately 1 star for picking an obnoxious US company rather than a UK.

I purchased three of the battery operated picture lights. Upon installation the light is good but after turning the unit back on (just after an hour or so) the light is noticeable dimmer and after a couple of hours you can barely see any light at all. And this with Duracel batteries. Absolutely atrocious cheap (not pricewise) crap. I have a usb bike light that lasts for weeks before it needs recharging.
