Nice piece of copper but it was slightly damage in shipping. The box didn't have much extra space or padding on the length and width so one end was slightly crumpled. I hammered it flat and will deal with it.

Pkg arrived on time, was exactly what I ordered. the steel rod will work perfectly for an axle for my hand truck. The diameter fits the bearings (nice & snug,no play) on the new wheels I had purchased. hoping to have a hand truck I can count on soon. ordered 12/14 recieved 12/17. Couldn't be happier.

They put our order on credit hold for something that had already been paid. Then promised to deliver the material on the day they released the credit hold, and it didn't get done. I called to ask for status the next morning, and the person I was speaking to hung up on me. She was telling me that my delivery would take two days, from Santa Fe Springs to Santa Ana (a 30 min drive). I mentioned this to her, and she said, I always say two days... I was going to explain the importance of knowing exactly because our cutter needed to start cutting the material yesterday, and she hung up on me. I went ahead and checked the tracking# and it showed invalid.

Everything I have ordered is exactly what I expected and was delivered in a timely fashion.

The friendly Lady who helped me in customer service found a way to cut down the .040 x 12" x 48" anodized aluminum. The site only had 1, 2, 3, & 4 foot increments, nothing in between. Shipping on the 48" was $71.00 and by cutting it to 44" freight was $17.00. I am flashing the bottom of my shop door, clad on the outside, wood on the inside, the bottom & top were left untreated.... like it wouldn't eventually rot. Fella just wanted to sell me a new door. Thanks online metals for stocking the thinner gauge of aluminum and trimming it to size!
